Exceptional buying experience
Bought a used Hyundai i20. Car was great condition and exactly what i was looking for. The whole experience buying from Vertu was exceptional. Even though it wasn't a new or a high value car Daniel really made me feel I was a valued customer. Car was even delivered free with a full tank of petrol. If you feel that buying from a main dealer maybe paying higher prices I would strongly suggest you think twice. Thanks Vertu.

We were attended to by Connor Roberts who could not have been more friendly, polite and extremely good at his job. Professional and caring in the right amounts. We love our little Tardis Inster and it is a lovely calm and comfortable drive.

Probably the best car I’ve ever had.
Yes, I could have bought a similar car for less, but by going to Vertu Hyundai Exeter, I got great customer service, really friendly, easy to talk to staff, the reassurance that I can go back with any problems or queries, and a good warranty that covers basically everything.
You get what you pay for, and in this case, it’s a good car that I can feel sure shouldn’t break down and if it does, I’m covered.

A great experience purchasing my car…
My interactions were with Peter in car sales he is very bubbly and welcoming with a good sense of humour which puts you at ease. I came here to purchase a car as my husband purchased a car earlier in the month from Peter and also interacted with Mathew and had a great experience so I trusted that and I decided to get myself a vehicle here too.
I am extremely pleased with my vehicle so far and hope I have longevity with it.

New Hyundai Tucson Exeter
We have recently purchased a New Hyundai Tucson from Hyundai Exeter and had the pleasure of meeting a number of the team, all of whom were extremely helpful, professional and very knowledgable on all the range of cars. Our primary contact was Connor Roberts, who facilitated a test drive and guided us through the purchase process and personally dealt with the vehicle handover process. He took time to explain all of the controls and features on the car and also gave an open invitation to either call him or pop back to the showroom at anytime if there was anything we were not sure about. During our experience we also met Ellie Fowler, General Sales Manager again very professional and genuinely wanted to ensure we had a positive experience.
Both Connor and Ellie have been in contact post vehicle collection to ensure everything is ok. Highly recommend Vertu Hyundai Exeter.

All the staff that we interacted with were pleasant and professional. Pete did the bulk of the work and was knowledgeable and friendly, and not at all pushy.
The vehicle was transported from another branch at no cost to us and was prepared to our satisfaction. Would happily recommend them if in the market for a new or used Hyundai.

Andy was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He made buying my 2020 Hyundai Kona smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured at any point. His knowledge, honesty, and genuine customer care really stood out. Peter fisher couldn’t have been more helpful from a chat when our was being serviced , arranging a test drive and answering numerous questions , nothing was too much trouble , once we placed the order he kept us up to date with everything, handover of our new car was on time and he went through all the various controls , again nothing was too much trouble .
We also have to mention Matthew , again nothing was too much trouble , this guys are a credit to your company.

A car purchasing experience.
From the start the sales executive made us feel welcome and put at ease. I am not a huge fan of the car buying experience but as usual at Vertu the team were professional, courteous and there was no pressure applied to purchase a car. Peter Fisher the sales executive was very patient in explaining the features of the car and all the boring paperwork associated with a car purchase. I was particularly impressed when picking up the new car another salesman (Paul) came over to say that there was a service package coming on stream in a few days and I could take advantage of this saving me over £400.00 on service costs.

Great customer service at Hyundai Exeter
I bought a nearly new Inster 02 from Vertu Hyundai Exeter this week. From start to finish the process was seamless. Paul arranged for me to test drive the vehicle. It was the first time I had bought an EV and he was very helpful in explaining everything I needed to know about EV vehicles.
