Excellent service from point of enquiry through to delivery. Andrew Simpson and his team were very professional and kept me abreast of the process all along the way. Stephen Band gave a very comprehensive and informative handover. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend Vertu MG Newbridge Edinburgh.

I called Vertu Motors (MG) to enquire about a specific model and colour. I spoke with Ulianna and was pleasantly surprised by her friendly manner and extremely helpful attitude. No sales push and very knowledgeable about the model of car. I arranged a test drive for the following day and was greeted by Ulianna and talked through various options. It was also noticeable that Paul, the Sales Manager introduced himself and was also most helpful.
After experiencing some rather unhelpful service elsewhere it was a refreshing change to be treated like a human being. Ordered the exact car I was looking for and am now waiting for delivery. Great experience from beginning to end.

Customer aftercare
After speaking to the manager Darren, he booked me in for a new battery. The original battery had faults on 3 seperate occasions with being flat after a week of not using the car.
Thankfully the battery was changed today and hopefully resolves the issue. Staff have been helpful through the process.

Outstanding customer support from Darren and Emmy who went above and beyond in ensuring a warranty issue was rectified as quickly as possible on our MG HS. I would like to thank you all the staff for a wonderful experience! Thanks to Liam who was the first person responded to my inquiry I made online. He was brilliant and responded promptly. Test Drive MG IM6
Wanted to test drive an MG IM6 and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. The car was a pleasure to drive and Dom was very knowledgeable about the "bells and whistles" on the car and answered all my questions.

From the start to driving away we found our experience excellent. We had Stephen Band guide us through our sale. He was very polite, very knowledgeable and gave us great guidance in getting the most out of our new MG. We would highly recommend MG to friends and family.

Stephen was so helpful and cheerful. Took his time to explain how everything worked. Have been a manual driver for over 40 years and was a bit nervous of change but he helped me through all the apps. Must mention his Manager who was also helpful and cheerful.
