Fantastic service from Ben and Cameron at Vertu MINI York. I have to say, thanks to these two, this was the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a car, and I’ve owned a few!
Arriving on a busy Saturday afternoon, just for a browse, Ben the Finance Manager kindly looked after me and didn’t tire from showing me various MINIs on the forecourt until Sales Executive, Cameron, became available. By then, I had chosen the car I wanted to test drive. Cameron, what a star! Although it was late afternoon, we were not rushed, and after completing the test drive, I was ready to do the paperwork.
Cameron was very knowledgeable, took his time explaining everything to me, and answered all of my many questions. Nothing was too much trouble. Ben and Cameron, you are both amazing—a massive thank you!

Very good customer service from Vertu Mini York. Harry was friendly, helpful and not at all pushy and kept me updated throughout the whole process of buying my car. I am loving my electric Mini Cooper! I would highly recommend them.

The service from start to finish was amazing! Cameron was my salesperson. We are repeat customers of his. He has been absolutley brilliant. I felt really looked after in the process of getting my car. I’d never driven an automatic before and Ben made sure I felt confident and was very easy to chat to on my test drive so I felt much calmer. The whole experience was very professional and I’d definitely come back for my next car.

Replacement Mini
We were looking to replace my mini and visited Vertu in York. The customer service was outstanding and Harry Wilcockson was brilliant. He is very knowledgeable and at no point pressurised us to buy which was really appreciated while we made our choice of replacement car.
