Ali was very helpful without being pushy that was what helped us decide to choose a Vauxhall frontera

I bought my Seat Arona from Vertu Vauxhall in Durham. The staff were very helpful and answered any questions I had with regard to the car. Their detailer also sorted an issue which I’d found on one of the window rubbers. The staff were friendly and George Pepper was professional and informative.

Your sales advisor George Pepper couldn’t t have done more to make the whole process more easy for me. He listened, explained and answered all of my questions , regardless how silly they may have seemed , with a lot of patience and always a smile. I could not have wished for more.

The customer service here is excellent, the staff member I had was so patient and helpful with all my questions and indecisiveness. Buying a new car is a big decision and he made it as easy as possible even setting up the satnav and phone for me. Definitely recommend others using this place.

All staff were excellent, our previous car went back and we thought we could manage without a car for a few weeks but due to a few changed hospital appointments we need a car ASAP. Thanks to Martin he managed to get us what we wanted extra quick. Excellent service from all
