Excellent service of treadmill removal
Enquired about a Treadmill removal online. Within an hour, they had given me a clear quote and organised for collection within a few hours. It was a heavy electric treadmill and I live on the second floor of a no lift block of flats. I could only partially dismantle due to weight of it, they finished the rest very quickly. The whole process was painless and everyone very professional. Highly recommend using this company.

Very Reliable
I did a live chat with Matt. Which was very useful. An e-mail was sent to me straight away that the job is logged. I had a message to say items would be collected. The 2 men who came were on time and friendly. They were very carefull not to damage any of my paintwork which I was worried about when they were taking out the 3 piece sofa and 1 arm chair. The only thing I was disappointed with when I handed the money over I did not get a receipt for payment. I was told it would be e-mailed to me and I am still waiting. However saying that I would use this company again as I found them very reliable. Thankyou.

First time customers. Fantastic service from start to finish. Matt is incredibly understanding with regards to picking up goods from elderly clients. Slightly more expensive than the Council prices but well worth the extra for the personal and professional Customer Service. Would fully recommend and will definitely be using this company again. Did an online chat with Matt as we needed a three seater manual recliner taken away as Mom has just been diagnosed with Alzheimers & couldn't have a stairs lift so needed it collecting quite quickly as she was having a single bed in front room. You can see all the prices to add to basket & I even contacted Matt the night before saying is there any chance a single leather recliner could go the same day & wasn't a problem. We were given a time slot on day of collection & the 2 guys who collected just got on with it & knew what they were doing. I paid on the day of collection when I was happy with the collection. Would definitely recommend.
