I've been ordering from Vesa for around 2 years. Delivery is always fast, nothing ever was broken. Their product are natural and healthy. Highly recommend.

After 14 days of use as recommended by the manufacturer, the packaging is empty and it clearly states on the website that it will last for 25 days! so I think it's pure fraud for this money. When I received the package, it wasn't even half full, which surprised me, but I decided to wait and see how long it would last. fraud !

Great moisturiser so glad it find it stocked after Lucky tkmaxx purchase.. , after
Originally purchased at tkmaxx, absolutely brilliant for ageing fragile skin. Searched round and found this company, who actual had the miya wonderbalm moisturiser with coconut oil in stock. Ordered 4 just before Christmas, given a discount code and delivered 27th December first thing.
Communication and delivery notification were excellent. If they continue to carry the stock will be back for more!!!

I have been ordering from them for years, but this is the first time I have encountered an unprofessional approach. Firstly, the choice of courier Evri, which probably has the worst reviews, zero solution to problems despite the fact that I wrote to them. I had to write to Evri myself what was happening with my parcel. Also my order was packed with another brand carton - used one! And inside the packaging everything was opened and looks like shit. This was my next and last order. A total failure.

I recently had a great experience with VESA on vesa.co.uk. The delivery was quick, and the products, including my favourite pomegranate juice, arrived well-packed. The variety available is impressive, and the gift with my order was a delightful surprise. Although some products are on the pricier side, the quality justifies it, and the eco-friendly packaging is a nice touch. Overall, I highly recommend VESA for their quality products and excellent service.

I have ordered few products from vesa beauty. Everything was fine, parcel came to me very quickly but what I've seen at the bottom of the box was disgusting! There was an used chewing gum stuck on the package. Absolutely unacceptable.
As an apology they offered me 10% discount for the next shopping but I will never buy anything from this company ever again!

Products not consistent with the photos on the website
Very fast delivery, carefully packed so that nothing would break. Unfortunately, however the products that I ordered with a Polish label arrived in an English translation. I was most interested in the Polish labels, which are funny, because the soap inside is quite ordinary. It was supposed to be a gift, but because of the translation into English, they lost their purpose. I think that if the website shows a product with a Polish label that I ordered, then that should be delivered

We would like to explain that the manufacturer sends us products in various packaging and unfortunately, we did not receive images with the English labels. We have added a note on our website stating that the label may differ from the one shown in the picture to avoid similar issues in the future.
