Horrendous company
I ordered a dress from vesper back in November 2023 (back then it was Vesper247) I used Klarna by now pay later. It was too big so I returned it, I received an email to say the return was received and my refund was being processed, weeks go by and still no refund, l emailed multiple times regarding this issue, in the first two months I had some responses saying the refund will be sent soon and that they were dealing with a backlog of refunds, the last time they responded to my emails was back in January 2024, l've made enquiries via the website multiple times explaining my situation but yet no one has ever got back to me. I still to this day am in debt to Klarna as I refuse to pay for a dress I do not have. Terrible company do not recommend

Heel erg slechte webwinkel
Echt belachelijk slechte webwinkel. De maten die opgestuurd worden vallen klein, dan vervolgens de communicatie is erg slecht, diverse mails gestuurd, dat is namelijk de enige wijze dat ze bereikbaar zouden moeten zijn. Maar slechts 2x een antwoord gekregen met een standaard verhaal dat ze zonder het bestelnummer niets kunnen terwijl ze zelf geen pakbon hebben toegevoegd. Op deze manier laten ze bewust de 30 dagen gratis retourneren verlopen en reageren ze vervolgens helemaal niet meer. Wij hebben ons nog niet eerder dusdanig bedonderd gevoeld als bij deze webwinkel.
Really ridiculously bad webshop. The sizes that are sent are small, then the communication is very bad, sent several emails, that is the only way that they should be reachable. But only received a response twice with a standard story that they can't do anything without the order number while they themselves have not added a packing slip. In this way they deliberately let the 30 days free returns expire and then they don't respond at all. We have never felt so cheated as with this webshop.

Super quick delivery (Based in Ireland) this is my second time ordering from vesper and will not be my last. It's my go to for dresses, slightly on the small side in terms of fitting but great quality and really gorgeous on.

Bad quality
Purchased 3 dresses from this website and this was the worst quality, the slit was torn and loads of loose threads, had to get it resown before I wore it… definitely not worth the price, won’t be buying again.
