Simple to use, easy to read instructions, quick results

It was so cool the one time I used a test.
I was low on magnesium...however my phone wasn't compatible to read some of the test result boxes. After I sent an email to cancel they asked what phone I had, blah blah, you know the "retention of customer attempt". I didn't see their response until I was charged and sent another box of vessel, they just "closed my case" and continued to charge me, even after I literally told them not to anymore. I now will be taking this to my bank, and if I see any more charges I will be filing a lawsuit. (They will have to hire an attorney and pay for my filing fees). Luckily I know how to do this, I'm no dummy ..unlucky for them, I know they have screwed so many people like this from other reviewers. This predatory type behavior...to make trying to reverse charges a hassle and a headache so you give up. Luckily.... I've got time today... and whatever BS response you come up with VESSEL, you know what you are doing, and there is no miscommunication. Stop your immoral business practices!

Just got my first set of cards! Can't wait to try. fast shipping and great customer service (the app was down for some time last week so they sent me a free set).

I love this type of testing. I think is very chip and gives you great results

First I want to start off saying that this is such an incredible idea and it has a lot of potential. There are two points of views for this review. I'll start with my husband's. He is the type of person that gets anxious if he sees he has low levels of something in his body. It immediately makes him think he is unhealthy, which is not true. But, this anxiety can up the cortisol levels which doesn't really help the situation.

For me, as a holistic health coach, I understand the levels. I would personally not buy Vessel again (until I notice that things have changed). I like having some guidance on the levels and understanding them and what can be causing it.

When you go to a doctor, they give you a dosage to bring your levels back to normal. Something like this would be VERY helpful in knowing that alright I need to have this much more this week. It helps in gaging how much you are eating of a certain food.

Just giving food suggestions can cause anxiety with not knowing how much of something you need to eat or if you'll accidently eat too much of one thing which then ends up raising your levels.

For me, if there was a way where I could know what my daily amount should be and where I am now after the test would help me with improving my health with the use of Vessel.

Thought this sounded great and so interesting. Signed up and got some (kind) of interesting data from initial tests. But often the tests wouldn't work initially, took multiple scans/photos to try to get some results and even then usually one aspect was missing. I then kind of just got bored with it. Didn't tell me anything revolutionary that I didn't already know. Since then I have emailed trying to cancel, 4 times. Each time I am greeted with a lovely. person who sends me a novela of why I shouldn't cancel and how about I just pause. I have agreed to this multiple times now, but then the pause ends ( with no notification) and I get charged for another card that I don't need or want. Finally this last time I email again -at this point you would think someone on their apparently superior customer service team would recognize my multiple contacts and the fact that I am simply not using this service- but sadly no- just get the same novela, which is quite lengthy and needs to be set aside to respond at which point another card ships and I am charged yet again for something I do not need or want. I have now emailed three times demanding a refund and for my membership to be canceled and, shocker, no response. Seems like a bit of a scam if you ask me. Now reporting them to the BBB and FTC and disputing the charge on my card, since they have left me no other options.

I really like what vessel has to offer but I wanted to cancel my subscription for the rest of this year. Rachel walked me through doing that and was very pleasant and helpful. I will be renewing my subscription sometime next year.

Total racket… I haven’t been able to cancel my membership, due to the company never responding to emails and the phone listed on the website is disconnected. The cards themselves are total bs… every time I used them, I always got the same results, with them pushing their supplements. Also, the cortisol levels NEVER read properly and they were constantly sending me free cards. Back to the memberships thing; I’m going to have to call my bank and have them block any transactions from this company. Massive waste of time, energy and money.

Great way to understand my health and plan my diet and exercises accordingly.

Really liked the concept of the product, it is easy to use and handy. It also screens for cortisol which I really liked. This was my first time using it so may be I did not follow instructions properly and needed up getting some blurred lines but for female I would recommend using a cup.

Within a few minutes it gave me an in-depth overview about my overall wellness, focus, beauty, immunity and body. It’s easy to track your progress and plan your weekly diet accordingly.

It’s like whoop, for the everything else health and wellness! If you want insight into what’s going on inside your body and how small diet adjustments and exercise habits can improve your health, Vessel is the best. The intersection between easy to use tech and healthy living. Definitely try it out.

Even when I hit “skip” on the app, they sent the automatic order anyway so I was charged despite requesting to skip it in plenty of time that month. Not worth getting roped into automatic shipments that make it too hard to skip or cancel.

This seems to be a scam. They give you a free test and I gave it to my friend and he got EXACTLY the same results as me. 58 out of 100 for health, slight acidity, low magnesium, high vitamin C. etc. Our results were identical in every respect ! What are the chances of that? Very disappointing. :-(

This is a total scam. It's nothing but garbage. They get a hold of your credit card and never stop billing you. They refuse to cancel. The free trial is a lie. Do not fall for it. Save yourselves the headache.

Once I turned 40 yrs old I was looking for something to help me understand my body better. Googling things I found Vessel. I've been using Vessel for 5 months now and loving the supplements and seeing the results via the card on a weekly basis. Can't recommend it enough.

Such a great company!! Every part of the experience was amazing and I can’t wait to continue using the service!
