The whole process with Vested was pretty smooth. Sent my information on their site and they made an offer and in a few days received funding to exercise my options. The offer is not as good as other companies and they do take a big chunk of your shares, but it's a good alternative to having to front the money yourself for the stock exercise. Bobby was a pleasure to work with.

This company reached out to ME, (not the other way around), saying that I should inquire about their funding because I company I used to work for had given me some equity. They informed me that 32 other people from that company had already reached out, so I figured it was worth a shot.

I went through all the due diligence and provided all the documentation they asked for, only to be told that they don't actually have any ability to fund from that former company.

They knew where I worked and still reached out. This is an incredible waste of time, and tells me these people purposely mislead, just to satisfy a quota.

I wouldn't trust them with my equity.
