PayPal is investigating the authenticity of this product supplied

Placed an order for 12 Frontline pipettes. Received only 6 pipettes with an expiry date of October 2025 which means only 5 are in date & useable. I have emailed them so will update here when I get a response.

It’s been over 10 days since I placed my order still don’t have it. No phone number to get in touch with them. I will use Canada next time.

Seems to be a scam - asked for a refund, in line with their policy. Told I was getting it issued on 2 separate occasions, but nothing has arrived in my bank account. The emails from their customer service department have a different company name listed in the signature. Avoid.

Bought frontline plus it is a fake product put it on my little dog had to shower her straight away I've bought off other suppliers never had a issue the smell is so bad please be aware people pay a bit more to keep your pets safe do not use offered to send them back no avail but I'am having them tested myself as it's a worry 😢

re frontline...this product comes from china it took 2weeks to arrive and when it came I had difficulty taking the foil seal off the back of the pippet packaging. This made me suspicious of the product so after comparing my old packaging to this new batch they were very slightly different (it was a very good copy) so I contacted the manufacturer Boeringer Ingelheim with photographs who confirmed it was a counterfeit product. I did eventually get a refund after about 20 emails answering questions from vetcertif who told me to destroy the frontline product however boeringer has asked me to send it to them so the can I investigate. Be ware it was a deal too good to be true.

When I realised the order of Frontline plus was coming from America and not the UK I was concerned. However I was happy to receive my order just a week later in August 24.
The packaging looked good but it seems the product was not. My dogs got fleas and they would not go. Which is not usually the case with frontline plus. We've had to spend a small fortune on sprays and flea bombs for the house and most recently flea treatments from the vet.
Very disappointed. I'm going to throw away the other packets from them and start again

I placed an order with Vetcertif for Frontline Plus. After placing the order I read a couple of very negative reviews on here, and immediately I was worried that they were a scam, so I wrote to them about my order. I received a nice reply from Enzo stating that they are indeed legitimate and that I could cancel my order or proceed with it. I decided to proceed. The product was shipped from overseas with a tracking number. It took just over a week to get here to the UK. Everything looks good to me. Genuine product, good price etc. I would buy from them again.

Just like the previous reviewer I bought from what I believed to be a UK Website only to find it supposedly was a US Website so I immediately cancelled my order about 2 hours after ordering. They say on their Website you can cancel within 6 hours and you will be refunded no problem. After contacting them twice with no reply I involved PayPal and 16 days later PayPal refunded me the full amount. This company is linked to Petpet Park and you will see on Trustpilot there are similar stories also and the items you are buying (if you ever get them) are coming from China.
