This company is sketchy. They don’t respond to emails and don’t have a phone number

Buy this suit if you want to wait 90 days for it.

Don’t buy from them. Awful customer service. I purchased a top and bottom from them, only the top came and they wanted multiple pictures of proof I didn’t get them bottom. I even did an express order for my trip just in case sizes were wrong. Didn’t hear back from them in a week and now they want me to just return my order because they said it won’t be here in time…meanwhile they could have just sent the bottoms when I originally said they never came it wouldn’t have been a problem. Super inconvenient and awful customer service

If I could rate 0 I would. This is a scam company. I followed their guidelines and purchased multiple suits. None were correct and I returned well within the 14 day window. I have waited over a month for a refund and there is no customer support. A bot send an email that a human will be in contact and they do not. Many are seeking legal help for this fraudulent company.

Don’t waste your money here! They do not respond to emails been trying to get a return shipping label for 3 weeks no response and the bathing suiets are terrible! The material is NOT worth the money! Big scam!!

This company is nothing but fraud! I ordered swimsuit - they said it was delivered and it wasn’t, “ customer service” told me to call police since they are not able to provide proof of delivery, they said on our end it was “ marked as delivered “ !!!! WOW customer service !

Upsize especially on the top. I bought three suits. A girlfriend of mine bought two and neither of us have luck with the tops fitting

Such a scam of a company. Purchased 2 suits at $158/each and they were advertised as eligible for return w/in 14 days. They did not fit, so I went to initiate a return and was told they were final sale and 40% off and not eligible for return. They are not on sale at all. They are listed as $158 on their site with no sale or final sale label. If $158 is 40% off that would mean the suits are $395 at their regular price?!?!? I think not.

I actually had to start an investigation with my bank for what I feel is a fraudulent company refusing to honor their advertised policies.

Would love for someone at Vetchy to call me. They only email and it’s takes DAYS to hear from anyone.

The slowest return policy of any company I’ve done business with. They received all the items 14 days ago and still haven’t issued a refund. You reach out to customer service and they are super slow to respond and when they finally do they say their returns are handled by a third party that processes multiple companies returns….. thank you for your patience. Unbelievable. They get to keep your money for weeks until they decide to refund you. I won’t order from them again for this reason alone. Bathing suits are hard not every suit looks great on every person. They need to fix this ridiculous return problem.

Vetchy is a thief company! They take your money, and there's no way to reach them directly! Their online process is ineffective and leads to nowhere. PLEASE, I WARN YOU NOT TO PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered 3 bikinis online based on their sizing guide and the bottoms fit perfectly, but the tops were too small. I went to exchange the tops for a larger size, but unfortunately, they were too big and didn't work either.

I went to return the suits and customer service told me I was out of the original 14-day window, which is insane because I was out of the window because I made an exchange to try and make the suits work. They only have email customer support and they take days to get back to you, and they would not budge on letting me return the suits that do not fit.

Now I'm stuck with multiple suits that do not fit. If I had known making an exchange would prevent me from returning the suits, I would have never ordered from this brand.

I’m very surprised. After my initial contact to request an exchange for a smaller size bottom was acknowledged, they stopped responding to my emails. It’s been four days now and after writing to two different email addresses, I’m still not getting a response. I would like to know how I can find someone at the company who cares, at this point. Very sad. Not inexpensive merchandise to not be able to get a proper size.

I had to return the top for a larger size. Now it fits better but it’s tight around the ribs and not very comfortable. The bottom is strange. They advised a size up for more coverage but the bottoms are baggy and when they get wet they hang like a wet diaper. I’m not sure I could advise buying this if you want to get it wet. I may ask customer service if they all have this material and see about an exchange.

So both bikinis didn't fit. The quality was ok, not impressive. Whatever. But I returned items , they were delivered back to their facility according to tracking history UPS provided. It has been several weeks now and I didn't hear back from them, and didn't get my money back. Will have to contact my bank now. Think twice before you order.

Received my bikini within 5 days of ordering it and the sizing is perfect!

I saw these reviews and was rather scared to order, but given that I’m located in the US and this company ships from California, I had none of the issues noted by others. They shipped in a week after ordering during a holiday (not super speed but it seems like a smaller company and I was notified of the order progress along the way) plus I’m so happy with the swim suit. It’s a great quality and fit, in my opinion, and I like that it has better coverage on the bottoms than many other companies now. No complaints here!

I wish I had come on here first and read the same reviews. I treated myself to trying two bikinis that cost way more than I would usually spend at £250, only to be charged additional £105 in customs charges that I had no choice to pay because if I refused, Vetchy wouldn’t refund my payment. Shocking unhelpful company who shouldn’t be shipping aboard without providing a duty of care to customers.

Ordered a bikini and sarong which was not cheap and a special treat. On arrival in the UK, I was shocked to be charged £78 in customs charges which I could not afford. I wrote to Vetchy customer service to say that Parcelforce would be returning the items to Vetchy because the customs charges would not be paid and that I was expecting a refund for returned goods. No one has ever responded to me and I am now £187 down with no items to show for it. Do not order from this company if you live in the UK.

Beware International Customers. I live in Italy and was shocked to be presented with a customs/ duties charge of €53 in order to accept the delivery of a bikini. I had already paid €28 for express delivery (non-refundable) and wasn't clear on whether I'd be entitled to a refund for the item, so faced a difficult decision whether to accept or reject the package. I paid and then double sting - the bikini is totally different than expected and not a good fit at all. I used their fit guide before ordering so was pretty confident it would be fine. I'm so annoyed and customer service have been the worst - not helpful at all, just quoting generic stuff from their website. If I want to return it, I'll have to pay for the return (there is no return label), so I'll essentially be paying the price of the bikini again when you consider the delivery charge, taxes and return cost. Don't make the same mistake I did and go with another brand with more transparent pricing and easy returns.

I bought a bikini online through this company seen on Facebook, it’s wasn’t as expected so I sent it back to the company which is in America, expecting a free returns label. I buy a lot of products from the USA so this is normal, anyway no free label and got charged just under £20 to ship it back. I have contacted the company but no response to this issue, I definitely won’t use them again very disappointed.
