Had a video of us on our last family holiday together with our kids 30 years ago. Just discovered the tape after searching for years. Had it converted to digital. Excellent service and so reasonable. Would use this company again.

Completed the order online and posted videos to VhstoDVD. The transfer was carried out in short time and the order posted back. A trouble free service that I will be using again.

Vhstodvdwales provides good customer service and keeps you updated throughout the process. While I appreciated their efforts in delivering DVDs after a mix-up, I was not completely satisfied with being charged for tapes that couldn't be converted. The pricing is reasonable compared to larger companies, and downloading digital files is straightforward. Overall, a decent experience worth considering.

I had requested a VHS tape to be converted to DVD. I was given a link to the digital download but no DVD. When I reported this, I was apologised to and was then given two DVD's. This is exceptional customer service so thank you Keith who kept me updated.

I had 10 tapes done and they sorted them in 7 days, plus they didn’t charge me for the ones that had poor quality video. The price is also much cheaper than big companies online. Downloading the MP4s was really simple, and they were very quick to answer queries and sort out any issues. Overall amazing and highly recommended. I will definitely use the service again in the future.

Sent in 5 mini VHS tapes and they managed to digitise all them and one of the tapes was 29yrs old. Took less than 12 days for a turn around which is excellent in the current covid climate, all done by post. Got all my old camcorder tapes on a USB storage now and backed it up to my PC. Excellent service from start to finish.
