Alan at Viable Mortgages was incredibly helpful, fast, and very knowledgeable throughout the whole process.
Our case was far from straightforward, as the property included 26 acres and involved a change from farm to residential use, but Alan handled everything efficiently and kept us informed at every stage. His expertise made what could have been a stressful transaction feel smooth and manageable.
