Al checkout mi hanno chiesto 80 euro in cash per una fantomatica multa, ma non potevano mostrarmi il verbale quindi ho rifiutato il pagamento. Allora mi hanno chiesto 65 sempre cash e ho rifiutato pure quello . Si sono arrabbiati tantissimo arrivando ad urlarmi in mezzo al parcheggio con un’aggressività inaudita e dopo 4 gg mi hanno addebitato la carta di credito. Ho chiesto chiarimento tramite il servizio di prenotazione e hanno risposto che mi hanno mostrato il verbale ma ora non è più disponibile (una settimana!!!!).

We rented a car from Viaggiare Rent and had the best experience, we dealt with Blerim and he was so helpful.
Collecting the car was really easy and Blerim gave us really helpful information about driving in Albania and where to buy fuel nearby.
The car was in excellent condition (it was a new car and a hybrid)
The car was clean and we had no issues at all whilst driving round the beautiful country of Albania.
Returning the car was very efficient and Blerim's colleagues were also really nice and helpful.
Highly recommend this car rental company and we will definitely rent a car from Viaggiare again when return to this beautiful country.

Blerim did a good job. He told me to make photos and a video of the car to identify if a scratch was my fault when I return the car.
It was very easy with him.

We recently rented a car from Viaggiare for a week. We were very happy with their service. The entire process from booking to returning the car was smooth and hassle-free. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The car was almost new (only 10,000 km done), very clean and in a perfect condition. The staff members went an extra mile by helpig us when we left our phone in the car and returned back to UK! The phone was posted to us and within 3 days was back with us! Very honest and good peope! We rented a car in Tirana airport and it was the best experience we ever had! We arrived very late and they waited for us patiently, great confirmation from begging. Their office is very near. The car that I rented (fiat panda) was a new car, clean and very economical. I had some difficulties with my credit card and they allowed me to use debit card in the end, normally nobody allows that. Thank you 🙏

They were super helpful, and welcoming. They talked me through everything that was needed if anything happened and were really friendly. Probably the best experience I’ve had with renting a car abroad!
