Scum company steals money and ignores emails DO NOT USE THEM!

I, wish I had checked here first, this company is the WORST! They provided something that isn't what was advertised and has ZERO way for me to prove they aren't multitentanting the service that should be *cough dedicated.

I cancelled the service within 15 minutes, had to wait 2 days before they even actioned that cancellation. As for my refund? 2 weeks later, nothing, I've emailed them and nothing.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

I hope people like this get what they deseve.

Bad service!

Very bad service! I rented a dedicated server which was constantly offline. There was no response to tickets from support. I ended up having paypal refund the amount paid.

worked just 2 days after order then gone off for weeks. sent plenty of emails but no reply. randomly came back after 2 week just sent new server but cancelled. next month they charged from my card they says i have to cancel direct debit. sent plenty of messages but no refund no reply. this guys out there scamming peoples and all positive reviews are fake. do not trust them with your money. be aware guys

Hi, Leean first of all, I want to say that we are truly sorry for the bad experience that you had with us, please keep in mind that you ordered a cloud dedicated server, and our cloud dedicated servers technology has a 99% uptime and it's basically impossible to go off, please make sure to use the full control panel that you have with your service and by that, you can turn your service back on again, as for the charge from your card, please make sure to disable any automatic payments that you have because we don't have any access to your accounts and the payments will go trough if you have an enable automatic subscribtion on your card or PayPal account, please let us know if you had any more question.

Purchased the server from them and…

Purchased the server from them and after some days server went down and there is no response from live chat or mail. They stole the data and deactivated the server and did not respond to any tickets I raised. It's been 2 weeks without any response on support on service.

Be careful if you purchased from viasky.

Sold me a VPS but advertises as dedicated server

To host my DayZ server, I ordered a "dedicated server". I checked the task manager after experiencing bad FPS on the server. It was not a dedicated server as advertised, but a VPS. My server was already halfway through the month when I realized it was using virtual cores. I paid for this on February 3rd. My server was delivered a day later, and the live chat agent informed me that my next billing wouldn't be until March 4th. Unfortunately, my server went down today, March 2. The downtime has been 14 hours and counting. I've opened a ticket, contacted live support, and they aren't responding. My bill is not due until Friday, March 4th, but as soon as I log in, there is a message that says a bill is due and that I need to pay it. Since today is March 2nd, but the bill is not due until Friday (two days from now), it seems as if my server was cut off prematurely. Besides selling me a VPS instead of the advertised dedicated server, they made me use the Windows server "unactivated" . When I asked them to activate it, they couldn't. In my case, since it was a DayZ server, I decided to leave it unactivated to avoid more downtime. Normally, I don't write reviews, but I must admit, I'm pretty pissed off. Stay away from this company! I won't do business with them anymore. I bought a dedicated server, but they delivered a vps, unactivated Windows, and prematurely shut down my service when technically I still have two more days. I am upset that they are shutting down my server 2 days early and I am not even given a grace period. Don't ignore the other reviews if you want to get ripped off. After coming here to write my review and seeing how many bad reviews there were, I would have avoided purchasing here. Save yourself some time by reading this before purchasing!

Got 2 servers from Viasky and I have to say despite what I heard from them before, they are pretty amazing.
I didn't face any problem with my servers and I could've reached customer support through live chat whenever I need to. so overall I'd say Viasky is a company that you can trust and do your projects if you know how to use a server correctly.

Avoid, did not provide paid for server

Purchased and paid for a virtual server, received an email saying server was setup and operational. This was not the case. No response to repeated messages asking for status. Currently logged as a dispute via Paypal as a result and getting my server elsewhere.

One of my worst experience!

Oh boy where should i start? I was very lucky i only ordered one VPS and not two. When i placed the order i got delivered a lower specification VPS and not the one i ordered (Basically paying more for something that was less not to forget a totally different location). Back and forth with tickets, their support team insisted that the server that was given had better hardware so i just agreed and asked them to allocate the proper vcores and ram. After a couple of more tickets they finally allocated the right amount of vcore and ram but during that time the VPS would go down and the login credentials would be changed. I made sure i would not use the VPS and just let it sit idle in-fear of my data being stolen, because i had a feeling that they are just swapping the VPS between different clients. As of now the login credentials have been changed without any prior knowledge and when i contacted support they are telling me that there is a problem with the IP and they would give me another server, which makes no sense. I still have not received the other server and there is no response from support and i don't think there will be, because my plan will end in a couple of days. I made sure to cancel the automatic payment at PayPal so i don't get charged for another month. I currently have a server with Turnkey Internet for well over 8 months now and I have also used other providers like Hetzner and Contabo but i have never faced a any bad experience like this.

One of the worst company I have purchased hosting from ever. They lie about everything. I have bough this Dedicated server from them but it turns to be a VPS not a Dedicated server. then I have asked them to stop the subscription yet they keep deducting money from my paypal account. I had to stop them from paypal at the end
