Viator emailed us tickets with a 4 o’clock tour schedule. The local Guide said 230. Viator continued to email us indicating our tour was 4 o’clock even after we missed our tour.Due to their contradictory tour time we missed a once in a lifetime tour of a historic church. They refused to refund our full ticket price or have us rescheduled. Would never use them again. They don’t. stand behind their product. Buyer beware.

Very fraud company. Do not opt under any circumstances. They will take the booking and payments too. Later they do not provide any details of contact. We waited for 3 long hours to connect with them. We had no clue about whom to contact and which location to wait. After a long struggle we were able to connect to 1 person who mentioned that our tour advisor is unwell and we will cancel it. After that I am not getting any refund or even the response. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. BE CAREFUL.

We booked a Vatican museums, Sistine chapel & St Peters Basilica guided semi private tour for €140 p.p. starting at 8am.
Entry into museums was speedy & what we hoped for but from there onwards disappointments started to accelerate. We expected to move quickly to the Sistine chapel due to early start allowing us to beat the queue but we spent too long at the museum so that once getting there it was very busy. We were told that the basilica was not on tour today since it had been closed for pilgrims from Naples & Hannover. We would have not booked this tour if we would have known this fact; we booked the tour about 2 weeks ago and could have cancelled 24h before the tour.
The tour operator should have known that the basilica would be closed and should not have offered this tour.
We contacted the tour operator asking for a partial refund but the operator refused due to T&C’s.
This operator has not met their obligation and counts on people not taking legal actions due to relatively low value compared to legal costs.
We cannot recommend them based on our experience and feel completely ’ripped off’.

Booked Fast Track Immigration Departure with these people for Phuket International Airport. The paperwork I received was all about fast Track Arrivals till page 3. Totally irrelevant till then. Page 3 told me my name would be on a board outside the entrance at Gate 3. There was absolutely nothing regarding a time frame for the service.
There was no sign at Gate 3, instead I had to find the Coral Lounge Booth inside the terminal, take myself to check in and eventually told I could not be serviced because the timing was incorrect.
A total rip off and I personally would not trust these people at all.

Kaoke Tanigawa from Japan Guide Agency booked through ViaTour. She was superb! Excellent English, personable, funny and pre-researched the special shopping we wanted, and had it all sorted. Covered most of Osaka, and magnificent lunch with her.

The worst tour we have ever done. Booked Auschwitztour. It was rushed, couldn't understand the guide and too many people in the group.

Could not acquire tickets for the Ann Frank house in Amsterdam. On line prices, if I could obtain them were 32 Euros for 2. Viking suggested Viatour. Viatour had tickets for $504.00. What a rip.
