I ordered online a really fancy hardback book. I was impressed it was packed in a really sturdy box with plenty of cushion inside. So when it arrived was as if I had picked it up from the shop myself. Not all book sellers do that and try to skim in shipping costs.

Really happy with the service.

Ordered 6 buttons and paid €6ish for p&p. Took a week to arrive in Kildare from Cork and one was broken. Packed on a slim brown paper packet in a plastic bag. No padding whatsoever.
Very shoddy!

I ordered online and a week later they sent me an email saying that didn’t have a few ítems availables and if i wanted a refund i agreed to recesiva what they have and a week later I received my order with less things that what they said in the email with just a paper with the order and a mark that said refund, I make the order because i was interested in the products that they didn’t said that weren’t available, i don’t have refund either but i think that in those cases you should reply the email with the proper information about your stocks, I hope at least have a discount or you send me the products at one point. I finish my gift because of you

I ordered two knitting patterns online and paid an extra €5.95 for delivery. After four days I received one knitting pattern. The second pattern was offered as a PDF. I did not order a PDF, I ordered a hard copy of the pattern. I do not have access to a printer. I phoned the shop this morning and was asked if I would be able to read the pattern from my phone!!. I advised that I would not. I was then told that no refunds are offered on PDFs. I explained that I had bought a hard copy of the pattern in good faith. I did not buy a PDF nor did I want one. So in theory I paid approximately €10 for one hard copy of a pattern and one PDF plus €5.95 pro postage. They neither offered an apology nor compensation. I voiced my dissatisfaction with their customer service and explained that I would never deal with them again. Definitely one to be avoided!

I have bought and sold and ordered from vibes and scribes for years it's one of my favourite bookstores I ordered some books here Wednesday they arrived prompt and iam very pleased great shop highly recommend them.

I recently ordered 11 balls of twinkle yarn and the delivery was excellent, very fast. Thank you very much

I love buying from Vibes & Scribes: orders arrive on time and if there is ANY issue, the customer support team are superb, efficient, friendly and always deal with the issue until my concern is resolved. I wholly recommend dealing with this lovely business.

Ordered books online on a Sat morning. Chased the order via phone as needed them shipped ASAP for upcoming holiday the following Wed. Was treated so well when I called. Was assured they would do their best to get order out. Very polite & professional. Books were shipped on Monday & I received them Tuesday. Fantastic service. Staff couldn't have been more helpful!!!

I have visited Vibes and Scribes in Cork and have ordered from them several times. They have supplies for all of my hobbies from painting to embroidery to knitting which means it is a treat to visit the shop and to spend lots of time 😊 on the website. The descriptions on the website are always helpful, especially for learning about products I’ve heard about but not seen. I’ve been consistently happy with the ordering system and with their customer service. Products arrive quickly and well packaged to protect them on the journey. A happy repeat customer here.

I ordered on a Sunday and was contacted on Monday that 2 items were unfortunately not available.
After checking if I'd like a refund or replacement, the refund was handled on the same day.
The items send out the day after and I received everything on Thursday.
Items themselves are all as described.

They sold me a tiny bag of air board beads, 5 litre bag for €12. I knew something was wrong when I saw on another website, beanbag.ie with a big bag of 60 lites for €25.
Reassuringly, a member of Vibes and Scribes phoned me to tell I had not been ripped off.

No communication regarding my order, I ordered on 28th of November and no update or sign of parcel and it's now the evening of the 6th of December. Tracking isn't updated as still says not handed over to An Post. Have tried to contact the shop but no response. SCAM.

I have ordered from them in the past and always found them promt with delivery but I ordered Saturday 23rd November and today is Friday 29th and still no sign!

It came exceptionally fast! I ordered it on Tuesday night and it came Thursday morning (Dublin). Extraordinary quality - great purchase!

Book came the next day, just above a tenner (including delivery) for a book that's usually double the price.

Class service ordered a book pretty late as a birthday present so I left a lil message to please send it ASAP and I got the book the next day with the post

While shopping in the wool section of the shop,I found the shopping experience very irritating due to there not being prices on anything. A person needs to continually go to the counter to find a price. When i pointed it out to the sales person she replied “the prices are changing all the time”.
