Pour le moment tout fonctionne bien j'ai pu tester Baldur Gates 3 en 60fps constant graphisme élevé donc c'est plutôt ok niveau performance.
Le matériel clavier souris et casque sont plutôt basique ( convenable ) mais le pc et l'écran sont de bonnes factures donc dans l'ensemble je suis satisfait de mon achat.
De plus le service client est patient et à l'écoute et n'hésite pas à apporter leurs aides dès qu'ils le peuvent.
Donc pour moi c'est du tout bon, seul bémol le délai de livraison mais malheureusement je crois que ce souci est présent pour la plupart des sociétés de transport donc bon...

It is currently in progress of getting sorted and im thankful for their patience. I'd like to think of this as just an unlucky experience (annoying of course) but just unlucky from both sides. I shall post another update when it gets fully sorted.

I bought a custom pc from them and it arrived yesterday with only 1 stick of 16GB DDR5 RAM (cheap and broken) when i specifically bought 2 sticks. even the single stick that they sent me is faulty and all my peripherals stop working along with the "DRAM" light on my motherboard turning on. sometimes the whole computer just shuts down completely. they were even deceptive about the graphics card i would be receiving. The "Gamemax iceburg ARGB AIO" isnt even the one i ordered. they sent me a vibox AIO and kept the LED wire unplugged so i wouldnt see the logo. anyways, i had a horrible experience and will either be asking for a refund or asking for more ram (if they even work)

Having absolutely no clue about gaming, I wanted to find a gaming PC for my son that included everything he needed to get started, without needing to purchase items individually. I was recommended Vibox by a colleague, who considers themselves a gamer and they recommended a setup suitable for my son’s needs and interests.
Initially, once unboxed, I came across an issue trying to start up Windows. Dylan from Vibox sorted this straight away with a ten minute phone call, whereby the Boot menu listed something in the wrong order and this was the reason Windows would not start up. This was all like a new language to me, but Dylan explained everything clearly and slowly so I didn’t feel overwhelmed or out of my depth.
Problem resolved, I then had to call Vibox again to reset Windows as I had a password issue with my personal email. Thami sorted everything again in another ten minutes and I couldn’t believe how straightforward it was.
Overall, the package I purchased looks amazing. It came with the PC, screen, keyboard, mouse, headphones and gaming mat. Everything was packaged securely and there was a handy interest free payment plan via Amazon that I took advantage of.
When calling Vibox, my call was answered quickly and with patience and clarity. I’m sure the team must get lots of calls from people with no clue about PCs or gaming, but you wouldn’t think it by the way they handle their customer service with dignity and professionalism.
Would 100% recommend in terms of both actual product and customer service and support.

Décevante.
Acheté pas chez se marchand.
Tout est configurer en polonais.
L écran Windows s11 etc...
On doit a chaque fois faire la traduction.
Et cela n est pas décrit dans l annonce du vendeur.
Cela fait plusieurs semaines que j essaye de renvoyer le colis.
Est tout est tres compliqué.
D ailleurs éviter aussi d Acheté ce produit sur fnac marketplace.
Car leur aide pour me faire rembourser est totalement absente.
Donc je me fais balader entre fnac et vibox.

Bonjour le pc a des problèmes de bleutooth , il n’y a juste pas de périphérie bleutooth se qui fais que je ne peux pas connecté ma manette et aussi tu manque d’installation de bord type c sur le pc sinon sava. Mais sinon comment je fais pour le bleutooth merci

Echanges avec le SAV, recherches de solutions, restaurations système inefficace, je renvoie le produit. Après 5 semaines d'attente et de relances (forte activité à la suite de Noël) VIBOX m'a proposé de remplacer le matos, qui est arrivé 3 jours après, NICKEL!

Vraiment à fuir.
J’ai acheté un PC d’une valeur de 2200€ sur Cdiscount et j’ai fait une grosse erreur de faire confiance à Vibox.
J’ai eu plusieurs soucis avec le bios avec certains jeux.
La carte mère est une OEM, pour une simple mise à jour du bios impossible de passer via le site internet comme tous les constructeurs, je dois passer par le service client qui est quasi inexistant. Pendant 1 semaine j’ai eu la chance d’obtenir qu’une réponse par jour, étant fermé le week-end ma demande aura durer plusieurs jours pour une simple mise à jour. Il m’envoie seulement un lien Google drive sans donner le pas à pas propre à leurs bios.
J’ai du acheter une nouvelle carte mère bien plus adéquate pour être tranquille.
Fuyez franchement.

Se compró un pc en esta tienda desde la web de pc componentes y después de tardar más días de lo devido en el envío llego el pc...
Después de 1 semana trabajando con el pc da una explosion dejando de funcionar y quemándose la fuente alimentación....
Se le reclama a la tienda y después de días enviando fotos de todo el proceso de embalaje la empresa no para de ponerle quejas y más quejas qué está mal para el envío...
Se decide cambiar la fuente puesto que se necesita el pc y el envío no se lleva acabo por la empresa vibox más el pc tardaría semanas en ida y vuelta
Se le envían fotos de daño de fuente y demás y no se quieren hacer cargo de Nada...
NO RECOMIENDO COMPRAR DESDE ESPAÑA EN ESTA EMPRESA ESA ES MI OPINIÓN Y VALORACION

I've had a Vibox gaming PC for 4 months now and I've been aching to review it, but wanted to give it a proper run first.
This is a high-quality build, fast performance, and everything I needed and hoped for. It’s also affordable compared to other comparable gaming PCs on the market, and games run smoothly at high settings with no stuttering or lag, even during longer sessions. Looks great too.
Temperature control is excellent. The system stays cool under load and the fans stay impressively quiet and produce a gentle, pleasant background noise - like white noise - so much so that my family is happy to relax in the same room while it’s running.
I did initially have a minor issue with the Wi-Fi connection taking a bit of time to stabilise, but Vibox team resolved this quickly when I described the issue - fairly large house and I'm far away from the box so it struggled a bit (though it still connected eventually). They quickly recommended a stronger Wi-Fi dongle, also affordable <£20 which solved the problem straight away and now it connects instantly!
I very strongly recommend Vibox. Genuinely great brand and genuinely great customer service. I have no regrets.

La société Vibox vend via la Fnac des ordinateurs, je vous déconseille fortement de passer par eux.
J’ai acheté un ordinateur sans disque dur (prévu à l’achat bien sûr), vous imaginez la tête du petit quand je n’ai pas réussi à le faire fonctionner.
J’ai donc dû l’emmener chez un informaticien compétent qui a fait le nécessaire (300€)
Suite à ma réclamation échange de mail sur échange de mail se dédouanant complètement avec aucune proposition pour pallier leur manquement. Bref à fuir

Both were high-value items ( e.g. This one is a customised computer with AMD Ryzen 9 9950X 5.7GHz with 16 cores and their customer service is outstanding). My PC arrived way ahead of time , and arrived as described with no issues ! I am very impressed with build and would purchase from them again. I purchased the Vibox IX-533 gaming bundle Which is a full AMD build , Ryzen 7 9800X3D 5GHZ paired with the Ryzen RX 9070 XT 16GB paired with 32GB DDR5 5600 MHZ ram , with 1TB NVME SSD ,Windows 11 and 27inch monitor with WIFI dongle MAX 300 MBS which i have upgraded to wifi7 myself to the BrosTrend BE6500 WIFI dongle " gives me the full 900 MBS that my supplier provides which is Vodafone" From the box opening which is a event in its self " Extremely well packaged in one huge box as a outer" the other items come in there own box's.
I asked for my windows key in case I had a issue later down the line and within 10 mins Jordan had it sent over with no issues at all. I would highly recommend these guys to be fare I have built my own systems before but decided to go for the all in one experience and I loved it ! Open and play what more could you ask for ? and so you guys are aware we live in Northern Ireland so this pc came by DPD who also where great no damage to the box and as I said they where early by 3 whole days.
So if your looking a out of the box experience these guys are the go to people , one more thing if you price all my components each on there own boy do you make a great saving and with the peace of mind that should anything go wrong they will be there to sort all your problems for you.
To all the guys over in Vibox may I wish you all the best for now and the future and may you also have a fantastic Christmas and a merry New Year.

I was a little nervous because this company is not a big name with a lot of advertising and stores. But communication has been great,and a follow up about swapping some parts out, around 9 months after purchase, smoothly handled with fast response times.
Would definitely buy again.

I will never buy another machine from these jokers. I have two & both just decide to stop sending signal to the monitors so you have to do a hard restart and hope your files were auto saved. Don't waste your money & buy from elsewhere.
