Il servizio è stato buono

Il servizio è stato buono, le scarpe erano scontate e sono arrivate in2-3gg.
Era un regalo e la persona voleva un modello diverso per cui le ho restituire.
Tra andata e ritorno ho speso €30. Francamente troppo. Risultato sconsiglierò di comprare sul sito Vibram.

Returns not easy

It’s currently not possible to make a return if you don’t already have an account. The website keeps spinning. I messaged the site Saturday, the same day I received the shoes I need to return for being so big. (The size charts were completely inaccurate, even with making measurements like they said to). I haven’t gotten a response to my problem yet, but I did get a link to take a survey. They have a strict 14-day return window, so hopefully they get back to me soon!

Meine ersten Vbram

Hallo,

ich bin bereits seit 3 Tagen in meinen neuen und ersten paar Vbram V-Souls unterwegs und muss sagen es ist einfach nur toll. Der Bestellungsprozess war einfach und der sizeguide hat genau gepasst. Die Lieferung war von seitens Dpd etwas mühsam wofür der Hersteller allerdings nichts kann. Freue mich schon auf mein nächstes Paar!!

I returned my Five finger vibrams…

I returned my Five finger vibrams because I ordered a men’s size 8-8.5 and a women’s size was sent to me. I returned them and received a email days ago saying you received them but I still haven’t a received an email saying when my vibrams were being sent out. I have no idea what’s going on.

Hi Nicole, it looks like your exchange was processed today. It typically takes 7-10 business working days for the team to have these processed once the shoes arrive at the warehouse. You should have received a noticed in your email that it has been processed. Hope this helps.

Sizing is Off!!

I just for them in the mail. I am a 7.5 so going off of the size chart I ordered a 37 which should have been 7-7.5 but on the box it says 6.5-7 so please beware the chart is not accurate and the site needs to update that. They're so tight around my toes 😩 really wanted to like these.

The information provided is very vague. There is no clear specification stating that the return costs must be paid by the customer.
Additionally, it is unclear that the discount code for a first order applies to only one item. This limitation is not mentioned anywhere. This is very unusual, as such discounts normally apply to the entire order.

Thank you for your message. We would like to clarify that the return procedure is explained in our FAQs and Return Policy available on our website. Regarding the Welcome code, according to our policy it is valid only on the first order and applies to one product per order, which is a common practice among many brands. To use the code correctly, the customer must be logged into their account, and no other promotions or discounts can be active in the cart at the same time.

Es war alles soweit TOP!!Vibram Schuhe trage ich seit 15 Jahren,ich liebe sie.
Enzig negative ist die Rücksendund nach Italien,wenn ein Schuh nicht passt :-(((( 35.-EURO Paketgebühr,welches man selbst zahlt....Das hält mich natürlich von einer weiteren Bestellung ab... Schade

Errate indicazioni da Vibram

Purtroppo la misura in cm indicata da voi per la scelta delle scarpe NON è corretta.
Poi ho inviato diue email per restituzione scarpe di taglia errata ,a nemmeno una riposta. Da qualche giorno ho rispedito le scarpe come reso ma da voi nessun contatto.
Spero possiate in futuro milgiorare

It needs more variety …

It needs more variety prices are too high but I understand that it needs lots of variety bring back the old styles from the first two three generations like 2019 generation need more variety

terrible after sales

I have sent vibram a number of emails regarding my return and have not received a reply regarding my return and now they have the nerve to ask for a review.
Makes my sick how everything goes smoothly when purchasing and now I have to continue sending endless emails hoping someone will respond

I bought my first pair of Vibram Toe Shoes over 10 years ago - still buying to day- their quality and style by far exceed their price point. They last forever..... Highly recommend.
