I was ok with the delay, which i was told about and then agreed to. It took a little longer than I expected, I guess I didn’t know it was coming from England. They arrived today, and are just as I imagined. Thank you!

My order arrived within 13 days of my initial order date July 18, 2018. This is not bad from the UK to BC Canada. However, I was not home at the time and the parcel was left outside. Is this a normal practice to do this? The package could have been stolen. What instructions are given to the courier service company when the customer is not home? What is the name of the courier service do you use in Canada?

I ordered several items a few weeks ago, and was delighted when I opened my package. The items shipped quickly, were wrapped well, were of fine quality and some cute. Very happy with the merchandise and service.

Have placed a couple of orders with one sending overseas and the other in the UK. The customer service I received for the UK order was second to none as the item I was after was not on the website having being sadly discontinued. But when I contacted them directly they had one left and made sure it was posted to me in time before I left the UK ( Thanks Tara).

I placed another order once home and the turnaround was very quick and I received my items in less than a week. That’s pretty amazing to get to Australia. Wish there was a local distributor here as it’s lovely to have a little reminder of home 🏠.

my girlfriend was in london and bought one of the mugs she sells and loved it. i dropped it one day while doing dishes and it shattered, so i did some research and ordered a new one online. it came to the USA pretty quick and is the same quality as her original.

I had a lovely experience with Victoria Eggs. I stubbled upon the brand when I was looking for a card at Whole Foods in Kensington. I looked at the website and ended up ordering mugs for my boyfriend's family and they arrived on time and perfectly packaged. I even needed to order more and they were so helpful and prompt.
