Updated review: after some difficulty encountered with a ring bought for me by my husband, the company have now been in touch and offered a much better customer service. They have said that the initial ring was not up to their usual standards so I look forward to the replacement.

I really can’t complain about the service and product I received- I was very impressed.
I’m always slightly cautious in using a new company but had done some research and ordered the earrings I purchased as they were really pretty.

Easy to order, easy to pay. I ordered them on the 18th December never expecting to receive them before Christmas. They came within days, exactly as pictured and in time for me to wear on Christmas Day!

I have ordered double bracelet- the item is very nice and well made. I found the chain a little long but managed to shorten it to my size. I am very satisifed with this purchase. The order process was easy and with no hassle and the item came very quickly, with great communication and tracking information.

I was very happy with my purchase and the customer service. I contacted them when delivery took longer than normal. Much like a lot of retailers they had been hit by Royal Mail strikes. They took time to look into this, check my address was correct, anc advised if I didn’t receive by a certain date, they look further into this. Considering they were no doubt inundated, I was appreciative of the time they took to respond. I also liked the ring, it was solid and good quality. Overall recommend.

Good customer service cute necklace. So nice i ordered two more for friends. However after several wears tarnished and had to throw away. Shame as had they been silver plated they would have lasted longer.
