VIDA has been very helping getting a poor girl that has never done online dating and didn’t even know where to start or even if I really wanted to start. Thank you Melissa. You were so easy to work with and made my experience very positive to where I have the confidence to continue carrying the torch you started.

I was a customer of VIDA for 5 month.

At first I was with a matchmaker who hasn't worked out for me but than switched to matchmaker Nordika. She was really attentive, always had the time to listen to me and gave very useful advice. I had a very positive experience with her.

Also, I find that the writer did a good job at representing me, and writing things similar to what I could have written but in a way that it gets dates.

Overall, it's a good service and definitally worth a shot for people who are struggling to get real life dates through the dating apps or just don't have the time to spend hours on the apps typing messages.

What a wonderful service I found in ViDA. It does take a few weeks to set up and get going, but Simmy, my matchmaker, made it easy! She was professional n all communications during setup and in the online communications, as well as being a lovely human being. After just a few months of some serious dating, I’m happy to report that I have met my perfect match. I more than highly recommend ViDA. Ladies, get ready to date like a champion… because VIDA will help you narrow down and find your soulmate!!! You may have a ton of dates… but if you stick with your priorities of what is important, you will meet him!

I did not have the greatest experience with this company initially. It initially felt like a waste of money. There was a lot of misinformation in my situation. When I spoke with sales, I was told my service would start after my online profiles were created and that was not accurate. It took almost 3 weeks to setup my profile which means I got 1 week of actual services. I also was not initially told I would need to pay for premium subscriptions to multiple dating apps so that was even more money I had to pay for them to "go live". The writing to my matches felt generic. My matchmaker Celia was kind a patient but she was only one part of the process.

I was never told that my time started at my initial contact with the matchmaker. Also, 2 of the 3 platforms chosen were free but I was told the ONLY way the team could work on them was if I paid to upgrade.

The good news is, Rosalia reached out to me regarding the misinformation I received and immediately offered a solution. She is also doing further investigation to determine where the communication issues occurred. It didn't work out for me because of the misinformation but hopefully it will for you! Just know up front that your "clock" starts with your profile creation and it is HIGHLY recommended that you obtain premium memberships on dating sites that are offered for free. Also note, some dating sites require a subscription before you can even start using them. Do your research and you will likely have a better experience!

I was hesitant to try VIDA because I had a bad experience with a similar service, but VIDA went above and beyond what I expected. Their staff is respectful and hyper responsive, they listened to my feedback and adjusted their service accordingly, and they were kind and friendly. My direct Matchmaker (Nordika) was basically my best friend.

Something to be aware of is that it does take about a month to build momentum with this service before results start happening. At first, I was underwhelmed by how many dates I was going on, but I two months in I ended up having to tell my Matchmaker to stop actively looking for new dates because I was going on more than I felt comfortable with.

I had a great experience with Nabeelah Adams, my matchmaker! She was very communicative and I enjoyed her understanding who I was and what I am looking for! VIDA Select is a comprehensive service that really makes a business of going out of business with quality matches that I might now have given a second chance. Thank you!

Donna was a pleasure to work with. She really listened to what I was looking for and was supportive when I wanted to waiver from what I was really looking for. Her team was responsive and reached out when they weren’t sure what made sense to do. I had been overwhelmed with online dating but now I feel more comfortable in preceding with the process on my own. They improved my profile and my confidence. i have a very demanding job and the team doing the heavy lifting was well worth it for me.

Franchesca and the team at Vida made the whole process virtually seamless. They definitely took a real interest in me and my goals and I did not feel that this was a sham effort in any way. Neda was also very helpful for me with a style consult. I found the experience to be well worth it in saved brain damage and in helping manage the apps and in finding potential compatible matches. Highly recommend.

Jessica Bailey was very helpful and friendly. Always in a good mood and has a charming personality. Plus the accent is very cool.

Vida completely changed my experience of online dating! Annnnnd… I’ve been now dating a man for a little while who embodies all of the qualities I was seeking! While it is still the beginning with him, I am impressed with how quickly I met a cute man of character! Especially thanks to Nordika - for finding him and setting up our connection!

Before Vida, the swiping and messaging on my own was overwhelming. I cried a lot and spent hours doing “clerical work” on dating sites just to set up two or three dates. Vida not only did all of the hardest part of dating for me - they did it in a very professional and personal way - Nordika really was rooting for me to find my man. She knew how heartbroken and exhausted I was from dating and my dream of a life partner was her goal too! She seemed to work every single day of the week - to encourage me, find the best matches, and she even screened men that didn’t seem kind or respectful. She took time to understand what I was looking for, listened to me cry (in the beginning when I was nervous about trying Vida), and she put in so much effort to find me a match that fit what I was looking. My biggest concern was how Vida and Nordika would handle messaging men - but the messages that Vida sent on my behalf were respectful, friendly, and portrayed me in a genuine way! I am so impressed with both the professional quality of Vida, combined with the loving and personal touch. I tell all of my single friends that they need their own Nordika!

I primarily worked with Lorraine. She was very personable and attentive. I felt we had a good first interview and she was able to draw out specifications I wasn't even particularly aware I had! I also met with stylist Neda prior to my photo shoot. She helped me make solid choices and built up my confidence by encouraging my overall style direction.
Overall I felt the entire team was responsive and proactive. I really appreciate Lorraine's patience and perseverance as I juggled work and reentering the dating scene. I am very satisfied with the service and definitely will recommend it to others going forward.

The assigned team was incredible to work with. They made me feel comfortable and guided me all the way. The responsiveness was excellent as well.

The initial meeting with Lorraine was nothing like I expected. I'm not great @ discussing these things but Lorraine made me feel completely @ ease and comfortable talking about my past and what I wanted in a relationship. She definitely listened. The potential women to meet proved she knew who I wanted to meet. She guided me thru all of my idiotic questions and this became a great experience for me. There was a lot of hype when I joined Vida and unfortunately I bought in. The dates I was set up on were the two worst of my life. In reality, I do not know what they were thinking. I look like a male model and the the first date was very average looking person and I was totally not into her. The second date looked pretty bad in person unlike her photos. Basically, I was paying a lot of money for one date per month with a poor matches. Really handsome guys often need somone as attractive as them. That is basic dating knowledge. I often been told how handsome I am growing up. The first match lived with her mom in a poor area. I live in a nice area alone. The second match lived out in the middle of nowhere with roommates. I live alone in a nice area. When telling my dates my situation, I sensed immediate insecurity from them. I am very handsome and they were both average to way below average looking I was way out of their league. Again, I do not know what my matchmaker was thinking. They even asked me what look I was into. I do not know why they asked me this when u did not see onedate of a look I was into. In person, attractive people often give me much more to work with in conversations than non attractive people. This is obviously the case for me in dating as I am almost 30. I do not know what they were thinking setting me up on with these below average women on the two dates I was on. A lot of the matches I got were ghosting me. I could see the writing on the wall and it was obvious to me this was going nowhere fast. Why would I pay a lot of money per month for one date a month with matches that make me do all the talking and give me nothing to work with in person? I was very disappointed. The type of women they were setting me up with on dates are never the type that give me interest in public places. After pausing my account, I felt very burnt out and my patience had worn thin. Maybe a different matchmaker would have been better. Who knows but I completely lost trust with the company after the last date. I do not know why they would set me up with someone of that quality. She was rude in person. Overall, it was just not working out for me

I'm giving a 4-star rating only because of the rocky start I've had with VIDA as a company. It has turned around now, but initially I had 3 different managers in a few weeks, getting my profiles online too much longer than it should have, and the photographer shoot setup was not handled well -- all of which caused much more delay than I expected or thought I was paying for. That said, now to the good part... my manager now, Jessica Bailey, gets 5 stars all the way. She has turned around my initial bad experience. She's very good at what VIDA offers, and she is a personal and professional delight. Hard working, caring and dedicated to me as a client and to her work. I feel like she is as much invested in this endeavor as I am! She is astute at all facets of "project management" -- scope, schedule, budget. And yet she still manages to make me feel like I'm not just a client. Her delight when things go well with a match is genuine and much appreciated. I'm just at the start of my dating journey (after 50 years!!) but I couldn't ask for a better partner in my personal manager and the resources VIDA offers for its clients. It took a bit, but I'm very satisfied with VIDA now.

The Vida process and Simmy used their expertise on what “works” to remove “trial and error” on my side for online dating. In particular I worked with Simmy Sanchez at Vida, who gave great advice, insights, and feedback to me about the whole process and how women perceive online dating, which helped me relax and enjoy it as I began dating again for the first time in 30 years. I highly recommend Simmy and her guidance with the Vida process through all of this.

Jen was very understanding of my needs, always sent quality matches to review and worked seamlessly to coordinate dates. She really took the work out of it, and I am happy to say that I am in a serious relationship with the best one she set me up with. Thanks Vida!
