Very effective tool when it comes to both translation from english to Arabic and for adding Arabic subtitles to videos. The time taken to produce the translated documents or subtitled videos was pretty quick with a very high accuracy and hardly any revisions needed. Truly an excellent tool that saves loads of time and effort.

I have had a great experience with Vidby. Utilizing their tools to translate videos into multiple languages, it has been such a seamless and easy process. The videos load so quickly and have pretty high accuracy! Another thing I love about Vidby is it's extremely cost effective, you don't have to sign up for a subscription so you can use it at your own pace. The AI voices also sound like real people. In your review, you mentioned the absence of subtitles in your video. I wanted to address this by explaining our process. At Vidby, we do not embed subtitles directly into the video file unless specifically requested during the ordering process, you should have chosen option "Customize subtitles" to receive embedded subtitles. Instead, we provide subtitles in the form of an SRT (SubRip Subtitle) file by default. This file contains timing and text information for each subtitle in your video. You can easily download the SRT file and use any online video editor to add it to your video.
Before downloading the SRT file, we encourage you to preview the subtitles in our player. This allows you to ensure the accuracy and synchronization of the subtitles with your video content.
Additionally, we sent you instructions on how to add subtitles to your video on popular platforms such as YouTube and Facebook.

I have been looking for the perfect video translation and dubbing service for a long time. I used the all AI mode for translating and dubbing, most of the translation is fine, but there are a few key words that are wrong, these mistakes are not tolerable in the contexts and I need the function to correct a few mistakes in the transcript after production.

We understand that you have used the Full AI Mode, which indeed offers a basic level of translation at a significantly lower price point. This mode is primarily intended for preliminary understanding or AI testing purposes.
To ensure a higher quality and more accurate translation, we recommend opting for our Middle or High Options. In the Middle Option, the transcript is reviewed by a specialist, and in the High Option, both the transcript and translation are handled by Vidby specialists. These options guarantee a superior level of accuracy and attention to detail!
Please note that the Full AI Mode may result in flaws, errors, and literal translations, and specific pronunciation requirements do not apply to this option. Additionally, certain words, names, and terms may be translated inaccurately due to the fully automated nature of the process.
Moreover, we encourage you to explore the 'Improve' button in your Vidby account, which allows you to modify the quality of your video anytime, ensuring it meets your expectations.

Service not delivered
I booked a video subtitle service on Vidby.com, paid and received an email confirming that it would be delivered in 3 business days. After waiting for 3 days ( I expected to be much quicker), and not receiving anything, I emailed to ask when I should expect the service to be done and never got an answer. Fortunately I paid with Paypal and could cancel the payment and receive reimbursement for it.

Upon investigating your case thoroughly, we found that your order with the reference number Q601398 was processed and delivered in three business days on September 26th, as indicated during the order creation process.
An email notification regarding the completion of your order was sent to you on the same day. We regret any confusion that may have arisen or that you did not find our letters. Additionally, your order is accessible in your Vidby account for your reference. We did reply to your email on September 27th, however, you stated you did not receive it either.
We understand that you initiated a refund through PayPal due to the lack of communication, and we acknowledge this step was taken on your end. Although your order was successfully fulfilled, and the service was completed on time, we processed the refund to demonstrate our commitment to customer satisfaction!
We will continue to enhance our communication processes to prevent similar situations in the future. We also sent you an email in order to find a solution to this situation, however, did not get a reply from you.

Great discovery, highly recommendable
Needed some videos translated and dubbed for which we didn’t count with a lot of time or a high budget and everything went surprisingly really smooth. I selected the languages I needed, received a translated script within no time, and the voice overs are of really good quality. Great service, would definitely use it again.

I liked working with Vidby!
We had a project with Vidby and were surprised with the quality.
We translated some videos from English to Spanish with AI dubbing. At first the speech seemed a bit fast, but if you think about it, Spanish has longer frases and different structure so it’s hardly possible to make it as short as English. Anyway, the support of Vidby was very helpful. After explaining everything they even helped to slower the speech rate a bit. So we used the videos with a lot of success.many thanks! We’ll go on using the platform.

Paid for the service and it sucked
Paid for the service. Didn't get a video with any subtitles on. I was expecting translated subtitles as that's what the service seemed to advertise. Waste of time and money. May as well have played a slot machine.
