I had an absolutely fantastic experience with this company. The communication was excellent from start to finish, and the delivery service was spot on.What really stood out was how they handled a minor issue. They accidentally sent a slightly wrong variation of a pipe. Before I even noticed the mistake, Mavis called me directly to apologise. She let me know that they had already dispatched the correct pipe via next-day delivery.On top of that, she told me to keep the incorrect pipe at no extra cost and assured me they would cover everything. This level of proactive, honest, and generous customer service is incredibly rare these days.Highly recommended! Thank you, Mavis.

Rude customer service no professional at all
They told me you can have the bags with ether red cop or vitop s connecter
But later saying its only come with cop
You need to buy them separately and pay for delivery charge as well
I really disappointed it’s friend of mine referred them
Don’t go I think the quality it’s poor as well

Made a bunch of cider, cider vinegar and apple juice from the trees in my orchard and needed various equipment including suitable bottles etc. Fast delivery and well packaged. Had a slight issue but this was quickly sorted. Excellent customer service and products. Would recommend.

Got an allotment recently that came with a mini orchard. Had an awful lot of homebrewing equipment delivered multiple times as there was always something I had forgotten.
