I submitted an order for a few pieces of jewelry from this site, and only received an automated email after paying. After 6 weeks (past what their standard shipping time is for US orders), I still received nothing, no products or emails. I emailed their customer support, and again got nothing. Now I'm forced to go through a chargeback process with my credit card. I've used this company for products a couple times in the past, and now they're taking money and doing nothing. Avoid unless you want headaches and lost money.

Very comfortable to wear. Easily adjustable to size and you can double it as a necklace if you don't like the feel on your wrist. Delivery was pretty quick and friendly staff. Worth buying and i will be buying again. Skål!

Viking Valor have the most amazingly beautiful products and their customer service is A++++++! I had a very strange and unique enquiry with a product and they went above and beyond to help to fix it! I love my axe.. its gorgeous in every way! You will love anything you order from them so get on it! SKOL!

made an order, did not receive anything but an automated response, i understand the delivery time can be long but 0 response on the facebook comment of their ad, 0 response on their facebook business page chat and of course 0 response on an email inquiry.
I would be happy with just a tracking number but got nothing...
ill wait for a little more time but probably gonna report it on facebook as a scam

Items ordered differed in appearance from the website and I was unhappy with the difference. Viking Valor, Dibs in particular, contacted me right away and helped resolve the issue. Very nice of them to put up with my BS and make me happy. 5 stars for customer service.

Ordered the Axe of Awe and was supposed to have received it by today but the postman apparently gave it to another individual without even asking for verification that it was even the right addressee. This is why you ship UPS or FedEx with items like this, not the mailman cuz they don't care. Though with the effort to rectify the situation I shouldn't be too harsh for the majority of this isn't your fault.

Bought a bracelet for me and my brother who is currently deployed over seas. I loved it and bought my 7 year old son, older brother and my dad one as well as a necklace for myself. Great quality and super unique.

Saw an ad for the bracelets on Facebook, so decided to order 1 for me and my boys. Waited my 15-30 days and to my surprise the package was damaged and bracelets were lost. I reached out to customer support and had this issue resolved and rder was resent within a couple of days of reaching out. Package arrived after the usual delivery time. The bracelet looks so good adorning my wrist, so now me and my boys can show off our Viking pride!

It was actually a quick delivery given the amount of chaos covid has caused around the world, absolutely love the axe bracelet. The only thing I worry about it the cord breaking apart over time and wear. But I’m sure they’ll come up with a sturdier option soon! Thanks guys keep it up

I've ordered twice from this website. I'll just start by saying it hasn't been the best experience. My boyfriend loves viking stuff. And I've ordered an axe bracelet and a mijorn amulet necklace. The first time I ordered was good with shipping times and speed. However within the first wear of the bracelet, the band came unbranded and broke, we had to take the axe off and I had to basically make the bracelet again myself.. I could have easily spent MUCH less than what I paid for it. And just made it myself. The second time I ordered was the amulet. The tracking number was changed multiple times during shipment and it didn't arrive on the date I was expected. So I reached out to customer service and they looked into it and provided me a refund after I stated I just wanted to cancel. It arrived anyway (which was cool) but again, literally first time wearing it the chain on the back broke and I had to rechain it.. I would think since the bands and stuff were made of leather the quality would be good. But no. Every item I've ordered has broken after first wear. And it's honestly just a big big waste of money, cause I do crafts and stuff. I could buy just the pendants for less than half of what I payed on this site, and make it myself. Really dissapointed cause both of these gifts have been for special occasions, one for Christmas and one for valentines day.. and they both broke making me look cheap..

I saw the bracelet pop up on Facebook a few times, I loved the idea of it having a Viking related axe to hold it together. It’s a wonderful piece of art and I have had nothing but wonderful complements from my family and friends. I was unsure about purchasing of Facebook but I have had no issues what so ever! Received my Axe Bracelet within a reasonable timeframe considering the state of the world. Took some adjusting with some strategically-placed knots, and now it fits and looks great!

Ive bought quite alot of different bracelets and necklaces and can say that they are well made sturdy and stylish. Im most definitely going to be buying more items in the future when i can.

Ordered two weeks ago (late xmas present) and arrived today. small package, so environment friendly, but decently wrapped.
Ordered two axe bracelets, one for me one for hubby. Each a bit different. Fit well and looks like he s never worn anything else. The brace didn't smudge colour when wet it up. We love Viking style and medieval outfits. Price and product seem to fit perfectly. Would add a photo, but cant on here. But its nice ....

I ordered the bracelet just because of that beautiful Axe shape. The date of order was on 12/28/2020, and I have received the beautiful piece just yesterday on 1/7/2020. Only 10 days on the way...
The piece is beautifully crafted and nicely sealed. I also washed it once to see if the rope will change its color, but nothing happened. It's absolutely a nice piece, and I'm waiting for more from VikingValor... Looking forward to more great pieces.

Didnt get product in after waiting many months after different dates, got no info and wasn't answered. Wrote a 1 star review here february 2020. They answered it in december 2020. Im now writing another to say that its been half a month and no help has actually been received. I suspect they answered it just to give the illusion of the problem being resolved
