AVOID VILLA MORA AT ALL COSTS !!! Having read the reviews AFTER ordering a women’s top from Villa Mora I was expecting the worst ! The company is based in China and this is not apparent on the web site! I normally avoid anything from China.
Having just opened a very small parcel I found a very small top - so small in fact that a size medium would not fit my five year old grandson! The quality described as linen blend was cheap and nasty.
I am not even going to try and send it back to China - not worth the hassle!!! At £30 reduced from £60 - an expensive mistake I won’t make again!

Do not use this company if you may need to return your items for a refund I wish that I had read the reviews before ordering ..... I didnt realise the company was based in China. Items did arrive and were of a good quality but it took a bit longer than expected. Items didnt fit so am trying to get a refund ...... Well I have never known a company like it. First of all they want photos and measurements ????? WHY they have my order number so they know what I have ordered and what I need to send back. Then they are saying I can have an exchange with the added privelege of paying for this !!!!!!!! To bring this unfortunate matter to a close I said that I was happy to accept a partial refund in order not to have to send the items back which they have now accepted so I am only going to get 30% refund. bearing in mind its going to cost money to send back to China and will take quite I while I would imagine Ive decided its best to cut my losses and accept this partial refund. I wouldnt recommend this company unless you dont mind wasting time sending items back to China at your own expense or accepting a 75% credit or a 30% partial refund ..... Lets see if I do indeed get a partial refund .....

Wish I could rate this less than 1 star. What a jupe of a site. A shopify website that makes it look very professional and high quality, with the price tags going with it. Ordered a dress for an upcoming wedding, wish I could upload images of what it looks like online vs what arrived! - and the drama of wanting to return it! Firstly the dress arrive screwed up into a plastic wallet. First impressions awful, then I tried it on. I ordered a 12 UK, what arrived seemed more like a 16. Fabric was what you would expect from Temu. Cheaply made, no tag in the dress, just plainly a rip off. I then emailed Vila Mora who asked me to send images of the dress against a ruler (no clue how this would somehow compensate for the state of the dress and mis-sizing), I asked to return as per the '30 day no hassle returns' stated on their website - what a lie! You have to ship had product back to China at your own cost, and receive a refund if they see fit when they receive it back! Total sham of a website, so disappointing, again considering the prices - just awful. DO NOT recommend.

This scam doesn't even deserve a 1 star. The products they sell are such poor quality. When asked for a refund as falsely advertised they would only refund with me paying postage.
PLEASE DON'T BUT FROM THEM!

Don't purchase from this buyer. I had awful experience with them. you will need to return to a non existence address in china. I brought items to china and posted to the address but got rejected, neither the phone number or the address is valid. And the customer service is AI, only provide same sentence and template answer each time. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I really do not think this company deserves even one star. Ordered a trouser suit the material is such bad quality and they sent completely the wrong size. To return it would have cost £24 and then that was not guaranteed even though tracked. They offered 30% refund and apologised that I was unhappy. Terrible service please do not order from them you may as well burn your money.

Clothing so bad that I wouldn’t wear it to clean with….
Be aware of their English number…. They are based in China….if you happen to order something be prepared to send the items (of at all possible ) at your own cost which is sometimes more than the items.
They will try to give you voucher not refund, but eventually won’t respond to any of your emails or your emails won’t get through!!!

Total scam !!!

These people are cheats and liars and I suspect they will just rebrand under another name - they will never refund you so don’t bother even trying to make a return

I am trying to get real support from the Trade Standards in the UK. This peole must be stopped.

Returned the item as advised by their advisor following lots of emails asking me to accept a credit note. Parcel returned 9.2.26 by tracked royal mail, never made past customs, company will not accept return. More money wasted. Never use this company. Terrible products and a scam . Learnt painful and expensive lesson. Hope the lady who was sending emails is happy for the company she works for

Terrible quality and even worse customer service. I purchased a dress from this company, when it arrived it looked nothing like the photos. To request a refund you have to send them an email - I was asked to send photos of the garment along with a lengthy back and forth via email. They have now refused to refund, even though the dress is clearly unused and not as described on the website, and are not responding to my emails.
Avoid this company!!

I ordered jannah pants £26:99 from villamora. When they arrived they looked nothing like the picture I ordered from. The material was terrible you wouldn’t pay £1 for them. Trying to return them is a nightmare. You have to email them and wait for a code to send back to China which you never get. You have to pay p&p to China or you get offered 75% credit code and you then can keep what you ordered!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SIGHT IT IS a SCAM!!!!!!

Vilamora is definitely a scam,I sent a review to trust pilot,reply from Vilamora was contact them,I tried they don't reply to emails,phones are cut off,my garment was awful not what I ordered,expected to return to China,I want a refund,I can supply picture of the item,why should I pay expensive postage,I don't know how they're getting a way with it,I'm sure the TV consumer programs will be very interested in what's going on.

Oh dear. Like others, I wish I'd read the reviews earlier. No idea the garment was being sent direct from China. It took several weeks (presumably because it was knitted to order). Or that buyer would have to pay postage for returns. Once, that is, return was 'approved'. Quality not great of sweater, no label describing the material used (acrylic). My local charity shop will now benefit, but I'd rather not have been beguiled by a classy website and bought sweater in the first place.

Ordered a wool-blend oversized coat with a wide collar as shown in the listing. The item I received was predominantly polyester, included a hood instead of a collar, and had a noticeably different fit and fabric quality. The overall cut and material did not match the advertised description or photos.
The merchant only offered a refund if I returned the item internationally at my own expense, or store credit. Buyers may want to review the material details and return terms carefully before purchasing.

Avoid this company please do not order from this company they are scammers i just wasted £80 on a coat, the quality was really bad and it was bad fitting there was a strip of velcro at the top of one sleeve which wasn't use for anything but it did cover a hole i asked for refund which they have ignored making an excuse they want to see a photo of the coat please listen to this text and don't order anything from them

Items took ages to come, absolutely nothing like advertised and quality so cheap. Wanted to return obviously, and told the best they could do was 50% refund or store credit even though states on website you can return. Eventually agreed to full refund. Customer service was very friendly but items are not as advertised so be aware.

An absolute joke the item I ordered did not resemble the item I received in any way! It was a cheap wrag not to mention the fact it took 2 weeks to arrive. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I am very dissatisfied with the outfit I bought. It looks very nice on the photos ut in reality the fabric is not what I expected, very cheap quality. I have contacted them to assist me for the return/refund but the only think they did was asking me questions and to send them photos which i did. They still didnt instruct me where to return the item in order to process my refund.This looks very strange to me.
