Out of date Products.
Order placed 2/28/2026 for a quanty of 3 x20 Cinnamon Dulce Cappuccino.
Order # 17675 was received. All items showed "Used by Oct 2024",
ALL items were 1.5 YEARS out of date(?). Other vendors sell "fresh" products.

We are a drop‑shipping brand, which means we rely on vendors for fulfillment. While we don’t control every product directly, we do take full responsibility if something is incorrect. If you had reached out to us at customer.service@villohome.com, we would have immediately arranged a replacement with fresh stock or processed a refund for you.
We regret that instead of contacting us, the issue was raised only through a review.

Big time buyer beware
Big time buyer beware. Ordered a sink with expedited shipping (~4 weeks vs 12+ weeks). Took weeks just to get a delivery date. Delivery date was 12-14 weeks post order. Asked for refund for expedited which they declined. Canceled order and had to get refund through credit card company. Very dishonorable company. Stay away.

Poor customer service and shipping
The product ended up being good but I had to follow up multiple times and threaten cancel my order before they finally shipped it weeks later than the advertised.

Dishonest company, don’t order
Dishonest company. Tried to return a product and requested it well within the return policy. They didn’t respond for weeks and then said they had to contact the creator of the product. Why?? Why not just let me return it back to y’all. Still haven’t heard from them for MONTHS. Do no order from here
