Engineered for Call Center Success
The Vinix call center solutions is a product engineered to be efficient, cost effective and easily scalable. I have used Vinix for over 7 years now and I would recommend this software to any large or small business with the need to grow a great customer support division that compliments a high driven sales team. The software works seamlessly on any desktop and has user and administrator tools that allow for tracking, transparency and collaboration. I marvel at the level of innovation provided by the software engineers, and I hold the product support division in the highest regard. Any businesses I encounter that are using a costly phone system or do not have a trustworthy software at the helm of their call center, Vinix is always my first suggestion and one that carries many compliments with my suggestion to utilize such a user-friendly solution in their space. I am grateful to the team at Vinix for all their support throughout the years. They are always ready to help, so hands on and quick to act.
