Expect better communication from an…

Expect better communication from an online company in 2026. Placed an order online for brake rotors on a Monday. The following Monday, order was still “processing”. No phone number available to call in, emails to customer service are not quick to respond.

Ordered other auto parts from another supplier at the same time and received them 48 hours later.

In 2026, would expect quicker processing. If it’s because the item is not in stock or something like that, I would expect to at least be informed of the fact. Item was listed as in stock…not impressed.

Cheaper than the competition and nicer stuff

Saw they had brake parts about 150$ cheaper (CAD) than what I would've paid at NAPA and decided I'd support a smaller Canadian company. After about a week my parts shipped out to me, everything is neatly packed and high quality and the brakes work great. Machined very well and the ceramic pads I bought hardly make any noise or dust. Would highly reccomend

Outstanding After Sales Support

I purchased a set of coated brake rotors. I was having issues with installation and was very professionally talked through the issue which ended getting resolved beyond my expectations by their outstanding customer support. I will definitely keep ViNNiStore on my list of top online auto parts providers on account of their after sales support. 11/10 stars!

Have been buying from these guys for years now, brakes, rotors, accessories....the service is always reliable and parts are good quality. Would highly recommend them to any DIY

Great company

This company was very easy to deal with. The product was completed and shipped on time.
Customer service was impeccable and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Take my money and don’t respond 5 days no phone just email but no reply’s 5 days

Terrible 0/5 on there website it clearly states part in stock 4 -24 hour processing and 1-2 shipping I paid them took my money well it’s been 5 days and I still have no parts and they still have my money they won’t reply to my emails I got one saying my order went through and they would send me shipping details day by day I wait nothing email them 2 times since still no reply just there automatic response saying am agent will help soon and 5 days nothing and they have no phone number I coulda just orderd from my local parts store but I thought I would try vinistore and absolutely horrible zero email response , no names of employees everyone name is aparenrly vinistore . Owner when you read this don’t flag it just send my parts or my money please . Don’t waste your time or money with vinistore :(

After reviewing the case, we must say that we are confused.

Although our response time might have been slightly longer due to the long weekend last week, most of your messages were responded to within only a few hours, while the longest response time was still well within 24 hours.

Although you mentioned in your review that you did not receive any parts, we can clearly see that you ordered a strut on July 5th at 3h10pm and it had already been delivered by UPS on July 7th at 3h50pm.

We had to flag your reviews multiple times as these are dishonest, filled with false statements including serious false allegations and you keep changing your version of events.

We understand that you might not have noticed that one of the products ordered had a longer processing time. However, the estimated processing time was clearly indicated on the product page and our representatives corroborated it.

All members of our Sales Team have been very transparent, patient and respectful since the beginning. On the other hand, our system shows that you overwhelmed our sales department with over 50 messages in the last few days and due to your aggressive behavior, to several threats and hate messages that you sent to our representatives, along with the fact that you were blackmailing us, we were in the obligation to refuse you as our customer.

Your actions are not justified and we kindly ask you to cease your hostilities.

Good Product, Untimely Delivery

The Reibung brakes ordered look to be of descent quality. Nicely painted and machined. Time will tell if they stand up to Canadian winters.

I expected the order in 3-5 business days as advertised on their website. It took 9 business days/13 days total. My car was down for a week more than expected. The website should be changed to reflect realistic delivery times if they can't make them. The issue wasn't with the shipping, it was the delay in getting them to the shipper. UPS took 2 business days from the tracking info.

After reviewing the details related to your order, I can attest that it was delivered only 2 business days after the high estimate.

Please note that, although most of our in-stock parts ship within 24 hours, the processing time can vary greatly between products and an estimate is displayed on the respective product pages.

The 3-5 business days estimate displayed on the product page for the parts ordered is reflecting the processing time and does not account for the shipping time. As the shipping time may vary based on the destination, it is not possible to include it in the product page estimate without knowing the shipping address beforehand.

As the transit time is estimated to 1-2 business days in your region, the overall estimated time of arrival was of 4-7 business days.

Although it is true that 2 business days over the high estimate is still late, it is important to take into consideration that we were affected by the circumstances surrounding COVID during that period. The situation has greatly improved since then and our shipping times are now well within our estimates.

We understand that your car was down for longer than expected. However, while purchasing online has several advantages, in any case where the vehicle is not drivable and the parts must be replaced urgently, it is advisable to purchase these locally instead. This ensures that the vehicle is back on the road quickly and you may always order your replacement parts in advance next time.

2024 Much Improved Customer Service

Ordered a brake kit for my 2016 Ford Focus, they took my money, sent me an email advising my order was shipped. 12 days later I read on UPS tracking the order wasn't even picked up. Tried contacting customer support by email and chat but zero response.
UPDATE: After a month of no response through their online chat messenger, and email I initiated a VISA chargeback so I could recoup my lost funds. Within a few days VinniStore replied with another excuse why the shipment wasn't picked up or delivered.

2024 UPDATE after this disappointing experience I was contacted by this company and they stepped up to make things right. They acknowledged their error and provided a compensating discount on a new order.
I ordered new brake kit Feb 24, had some minor performance issues and their customer service and tech support was much better and responsive.

I'm going to give them another chance and so far its been significantly better. Ordered a second kit for another vehicle and its been performing well after a week.
