I purchased two pairs of sandals and paid for the 2-day shipping. It has been 3 business days and I haven’t received any indication that my order has even been processed. I reached out to the company via email, live messaging, and text message to check the status of my order; yet no response whatsoever. Such terrible “customer service,” if that’s what they can even call it.

Update: The company finally emailed me back, but giving me the runaround regarding my refund request for the 2-day shipping.

Update 2: After a couple back and forth emails, the company has decided to refund my 2-day shipping fee once my order has been delivered. I will update again then.

I bought a pair of shoes from them wore them for two hours and they fell apartI

Had a pair of VF1304, not sure of style name. The right shoe sole separated from the shoe. Barely got 50 wears out of them. Due to the design of the shoe it could not be repaired by a shoe repair shop. I contacted the company for help but was told there was nothing that they could do. Very poor quality product.

This breaks my heart. A year ago, I ordered 2 pairs of boots from this company that were absolutely gorgeous. A little pricey, but clearly worth it. They arrived quickly and were well-packaged. In December of 22, I decided to order 2 more pairs, and this was a completely different experience.

Pair A: these boots had decorative seams on them, and they were all fraying like the boots were super old. The size of the opening at the calf was not even the same on both boots. I couldn't even zip one of the boots.

Pair B: the sole wasn't proper; there was a chunky seam that looked like it was already splitting. I've never seen anything like it.

I contacted the company and after 2 emails, finally got a response about returning. I immediately sent the boots back. 10 days after they arrived back in their warehouse- still no refund. I had to contact them again. As soon as I contacted them, they issued the refund, but I'm sure I would still be waiting if I hadn't tracked them down.

I'm on the fence about whether or not I will try to order again. I'm very disappointed as I thought I had found a great source for beautiful boots.

BEWARE! Do not purchase directly from this company Purchased three pairs of sandals from them and only two were sent. The third shoebox contained only paper. Contacted the company by email (no phone number to be found as others have stated) and this was there response: "We have confirmation from our team that the shoes were checked prior to shipping them. They have accounted that all the shoes were inside the box and all were complete." Ummm, really? I have asked for a manager to call me, but I have no hope of actually receiving a phone call. I wish I had read other reviews before purchasing. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
