I placed an order ages ago and I’ve got no updates about anything. It hasn’t even been shipped yet and I’ve emailed them a few times but I’ve got no reply’s back!

Placed an order hoping for a reliable supplier, instead received poor-quality stock and even poorer customer service. When I raised a legitimate complaint, I was met with defensive accusations and threats rather than any attempt at resolving the issue.

Unprofessional from start to finish. The tone of their emails was hostile, and rather than address the problem, they escalated it with unnecessary aggression. A simple refund or replacement would’ve gone a long way, but they clearly have no interest in accountability.

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I bought a reseller box with guaranteed Ralph Lauren and other good brands to resell.He got 3x terrible champion shirts which don’t sell on Vinted W44 Shorts which again won’t sell well at all.This place is horrendous and they are scamming for money with the “Great sellable items”which realistically are poor. Alongside there being no Ralph Lauren in the box.Really appreciate you wasting my time and money from such a terrible service.

At first everything was okay, but then when i got the tracking number from a delivery company named Evri there were issues with it. It was saying that there was a problem with the order but didn’t specify what kind of problem. Now it has been over a month since i ordered and still nothing. I wrote an email to them and at first the communication was good they said they will look into it and if there is an another problem i will get a refund or they will send another order. So after 2 weeks of not getting any new info form the I wrote another email and then another. In total i wrote around 7 emails but no answer. I also tried their phone number to send a WhatsApp message, it was delivered but no answer. I still think that it could be solved if they answered my messages and emails so we can work it out but IGNORING a customer is NOT AN ANSWER.

Not as advertised. We bought 12 A + B grade resale items. There isn't a single item of this quality in the box. 2 pairs of very old jeans cut down as Jorts (only much too short), items are faded, frayed, broken and stained. I have documented every piece of damage and will forward to trading standards. Only good enough for the bin! Also everything is 2XL which is very hard to sell.

I waited 2 months and only got feedback when they needed something themselves. They don't want to give me my money and lie to me. This can't go on any longer.

Would not recommend this company at all. I purchased the starter reseller box, all items were massive, the quality was poor with stains and one top being very bobbly, labels cut out and the items were more like worthless pieces rather than grade A/B vintage pieces like it states. Two items aren’t even worth selling and the others aren’t worth a fraction of what I paid due to the quality, so I actually lost most of the money I paid rather than ‘doubling up’ like it states in the description. Do not buy!!

Couldn’t rate them lower if I tried. I ordered a ‘Carharrt Reseller Bundle’, which contained 1 pair of Carharrt shorts and the rest are old undesirable t shirts or low quality shorts. The listing photo showed only Carharrt Shorts so absolutely trying to catch people out here. Funnily enough the listing can no longer be found. All the shorts in the bundle are massive, stained, and even have holes in. The parcel came in what looked like a bin bag, awfully packaged and just wrapped in parcel tape to hold it together. Please do not make the mistake I did and ignore the trustpilot reviews to give them the benefit of the doubt, you will only be disappointed.

I recently spent £300 on jackets that I ended up throwing out as they where priceless and where ripped and had stains all over them.

I sent them countless emails and they did not reply to one.

I ordered from Vintage Wholesale UK, but my package (#3761, tracking number H00FXC000125597) was returned to the sender. Evri International gave me 7 days to pay VAT, but the payment link expired after just 6 days, so I wasn’t able to complete the payment. Since 2025-05-14 00:05:05, I was told it can take 7 to 21 days for the return to be completed. Still, I haven’t received my refund and I’ve had no proper response from the company. This has been a really frustrating experience. I won’t be ordering from them again.

I ordered the Spring/Summer Branded Reseller Box x14 Pieces from Vintage Wholesale UK, which guaranteed Ralph Lauren items. Not a single piece I received was Ralph Lauren — or remotely valuable. Every item was either unbranded, poor quality, or completely unsellable.

This was clearly advertised as a reseller box with a premium brand guarantee, and it felt more like a box of random, worthless leftovers. I’ve contacted them but haven’t received any meaningful response or resolution.

If you’re a reseller hoping for branded stock — avoid this company. Completely misleading and not worth the risk

Bestelling binnen had al 18€ verzendkosten betaald en moest ook nog 10€ betalen om het over de grens te krijgen de box van 7 items was prima maar er stond zoizo 1 ralph lauren item en er zat geen ralph lauren item in alles intotaal verkocht voor 50€ het kostte samen 80€

i am order #3964 i still havent got an email back from when i confronted them of their clothes being counterfeit, now looking and counting i am missing a piece of clothing as i only got 6 from the reseller box,
we haven’t arranged a refund yet and have probaly ran out of time as they haven’t replied to my second email in over 2 weeks
dont buy from this fraudulent website.
also my box came wrecked
and a grade a/b has massive stains so its unsellable, and everything is just trash

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! I ordered a box of summer/ spring 7x clothes with guaranteed Ralph lauren about 2 and a half weeks ago, they said it would deliver the next day about a week ago and have been ignoring my emails, it has terrible customer service and is absolutely terrible

Ze zeiden dat ik box gegarandeerd een raph lauren in zit maar nu ik het uitpakten was dit niet het geval en rest is ook rotzooi niet hier kopen

I ordered a 14 piece summer reseller box with a guaranteed Ralph Lauren item however I only received 7 items and no Ralph item. I contacted them multiple times to try resolve the problem and haven’t seemed to be able to get a response. This is a real shame as I genuinely thought this looked like a brilliant product.

Went online to purchase a £70 bundle of 14 items. 1 Ralph Lauren item guaranteed the advert states.
1 pair of shorts has a huge stain so not re sellable
1 pair of shorts has had the size label cut out.. Un sellable.
1 pair of shorts had 2 big holes in them. Not re sellable.
NO RALPH LAUREN SHIRT AS PROMISED
I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS E MAILS AND HAVE BEEN IGNORED.

STAY AWAY!
The first time I pre-ordered stock they were great, so I trusted them to pre order more. In this time the company has grown a lot and I imagine the demand has also grown. This has lead to my last pre order being AWFUL quality, completely unsellable even though it was advertised at grade A. I requested a refund within the 14 days and have even provided proof. They took 3 MONTHS to get back to me. And are now FIGHTING THE REFUND and offered me a 14% voucher discount code for my next order instead (I obviously won't be ordering from them again)
They replied to my review on Google saying that I hadn't reached out and they would be happy to help, I have sent them 16 emails about this subject, and they are very much, not happy to help.
Awful costumer service, awful quality. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
