Colour vinyl

Had vinyl delivered promptly.
Had ordered two rolls of vinyl both same colour both same width but different lengths.
When arrived there was only one roll.
Called customer services to ask whether they had just put it all onto one roll as no letter in box and nothing on label.
Customer services reply was we don't supply comes from somewhere else, I could ask but they probably won't remember your order. I was told to unroll it and see, but as I'm not doing the work myself and it isn't needed for a few weeks I am reluctant to un roll to roll again.
Surely a note to explain what they have done would be helpful.
Very poor service when you've paid a fair price.

As this was my first purchase with Vinyl Warehouse I am always a bit nervous when using a new supplier. Most reviews seemed positive but IMPE my order was expedited promptly as indicated and packaged well. My experience was really positive and will be adding Vinyl Warehouse to my list of trusted suppliers. Thank you VH for a great transaction

Got to say this company supply some lovely quality products and the quick delivery service is brilliant. Cannot fault this company for it's great customer service as always everytime .
I am surprised at some of the negative comments on here as there terms and conditions are crystal clear on there website.

We're fortunate that we live locally so can always shop in the warehouse. A lovely team of people, a great selection of quality vinyls and always a very good price. Highly recommended!

Ordered a small amount of wrap for my motorhome. Colour was nothing like the colour advertised. Cost £8.88 for wrap and £6.66 for postage. Called to return to be advised I need to pay for return costs. I will only get the £8.88 refund and if I want another I have to pay postage again.
Not friendly after service.

Been looking for a new supplier of airbrush mask for years and recently ordered some from this company and it’s the best I’ve used in 10 years! Thanks guys

I always order from vinyl warehouse. I cannot fault at all. I have ordered several diff vinyls for projects I do. I corresponded with Sara over awaiting stock last year and Sara sorted it instantly. Service is excellent, product always well packaged. After reading reviews I’m shocked by some of the reviews. Just reordered vinyl mon 5th Aug 24 arrived today sat. As always I could never fault at all. Many many thanks for such amazing service to a wonderful team. x

Sent what they call emerald green but more like lime.cost me 13.99 half of which postage n packaging told I can return but they don't refund postage n packaging.awful customer service n waste of money

I have now received my order of 2m of vinyl. It arrived in a substantial cord-board tube sealed at both ends with staples. The vinyl was in perfect condition and just the right colour. They will ship short lengths so they get my 5 stars with pleasure. CB

Cannot fault the experience Geoff was helpful from the get go. We ordered the extra thick vinyl which is so much more like real wood. Geoff sent us free samples to make sure we were choosing the right colour for us also. Very happy altogether

We purchased there vinyl for our worktop, please if you are also think about it, don’t bother.
The finished look is horrible, there’s nothing wrong with the product, except it isn’t any good for the purposes they say it is.
It’s that bad, I took it straight off and am left with a worktop covered with whatever adhesive it’s on the back.
Do yourself a favour and just get a new worktop, and save the hassle

Not only was the Fabric creased in places ( only small) but this was also not stickng in places. Disappointed. Maybe old stock drying out?

Took about 2 1/2 hours to completely recover my kitchen worktops, As its rented accomodation we couldnt do anything permanant. Looks absolutley fab, like a real expensive worktop. My wife is really pleased (which doent happen often lol) The tips on their page about using a hairdryer on a low heat setting really helped, especially with sticking and even getting rid of the bubbles. again.

I was reluctant to use this company due to the negative reviews however my experience was nothing but positive. We had to cover a large table which belonged to our landlord, as the recent frosty weather had made the hard plastic vinyl top crack when I left a window open. Vinyl Warehouse were the only company that could provide the size of self-adhesive vinyl that was required. Delivery was a little expensive at £9.99, however it was fast, and we were able to change delivery date easily to ensure that someone was available to take in the delivery. Item came rolled in a hard tube and was easy to apply. I was a little nervous about covering the rounded edges, as the table is oblong, but I followed the video on the website and used a hairdryer to stretch the vinyl...it worked! Really happy with the results, it's saved us having to buy a replacement table and the quality of the white gloss vinyl was really good, despite an earlier review from someone else disputing the quality. It was also my first time, so no real skills required. I now want to cover absolutely everything in self-adhesive vinyl, as it's quite addictive! Will definitely buy from Vinyl Warehouse again.

Can't fault this company. Ordered a few times with no problems. My last order though was a bit of a disaster. Once I had cut the vinyl & took the backing off, I noticed it was damaged & couldn't be used. Got in touch via email, explained the problem & within a Day they had sent me a whole new 90cmX2mtr roll. No questions asked, I offered to send the damaged roll back, even though I could use some of it for another project, nope, they didn't want it back. Just can't fault this company at all. Excellent customer service & great products

I had an excellent experience with this company. Unfortunately, it was tough to get the Vinyl to stick without wrinkles and bubbles. You really do need to be a professional; however, I persevered, and I managed to do it, but please bear in mind that I spent 25 years in the building industry and 15 years as an engineer, so I have a little experience at resolving problems.

Because I couldn't get some pieces to stick without wrinkles and had to throw their chips away, I consequently fell short of what I required. A quick email to the company asking for details of my order was responded to the order number the item on the item number I couldn't be happier I have just ordered an extra 5 m to make up for the mess I made of installing the item correctly
