He is a complete scammer . He took our deposit and never booked the villa. We had to find a new villa last minute.

He was extremely rude when we challenged him, I would never use him or recommend him .

We are still waiting for our deposit to be returned.

We booked a villa through Mourad from VIP Marrakech in February 2026 for our family summer holiday and paid him a deposit to secure the booking.

We later contacted the villa owners directly and were shocked to discover that Mourad had never paid our deposit to them. The owners confirmed that they had received no deposit from Mourad, meaning he had taken our money while the villa was never properly secured.

When we repeatedly asked Mourad to simply provide proof that he had paid the owner, he refused. Instead, he became extremely aggressive and disrespectful, swore at us and members of our family, and completely failed to provide any evidence that our money had been passed on.

He then came up with the excuse that we had cancelled the villa, claiming that this meant he did not have to return our deposit. This is completely false. We never cancelled the villa.

Because of this, we were left scrambling to find another villa at the last minute for our family holiday. By then, there were very limited options available, so we had no choice but to take a villa that was a compromise. He caused our family an enormous amount of unnecessary stress, frustration and disappointment.

What makes this even more concerning is that we have since become aware of another family who had a similar experience with Mourad.

DO NOT BOOK WITH MOURAD OR VIP MARRAKECH. He is a scam and would strongly warn anyone against giving him their money. We trusted him to arrange our family holiday, and instead we were left without the villa we had booked, without our deposit, and having to desperately find alternative accommodation at the last minute.

Avoid Mourad at all costs.

Crazy story , but we booked a villa , he took a deposit and , he didnt close with owner! when we called him about deposit he said and screamed that he will burn our houses and kill us !!! WATCH OUT from this SCAMMER

⚠️ **AVOID VIP VILLA MARRAKECH – WARNING TO OTHER TRAVELLERS**

I would strongly advise anyone considering booking through VIP Villa Marrakech (@vip_villa_marrakech) to be extremely cautious.

In our experience, we paid a deposit to the agent believing we had secured our villa booking. We subsequently discovered that the deposit had not been passed on to the villa owner and therefore we did not have the booking we believed we had secured.

This left us in an extremely difficult position after planning our holiday on the understanding that the villa was booked.

My advice to anyone considering using this agent:

Do not rely solely on confirmation from the agent. Contact the actual villa owner/management directly and confirm that they have received your deposit and that the property is genuinely reserved in your name.

I am posting this so that other families and travellers can hopefully avoid finding themselves in the same situation.
