I have completed the 6 week Embrace your Truth course with Ange, and highly recommend working with her. I wasn’t sure what to expect of the course, but I have previously been on one of Ange’s retreat days which was fabulous. The course was so helpful. In 6 weeks I realised and addressed issues and things I hadn’t realised were affecting me , and I now have clarity as to what to change for me , and how. The exercises we learnt were so useful and will continue to be. I have redefined my priorities and how I spend my time, and it is all down to Ange. I look forward to working with her again.

I had the best experience with Angela. I was going through a time of change. Angela helped me unpack my feelings and gave me lifelong tools which I could use to understand the way I feel, and create positive mindsets and coping strategies. As well as aid me to unlock what I desire in life and how I can reach my full potential. Angela is a fun and caring coach to work with. She has lots of life and self development experience which she can assist others with and she gave me lots of good book recommendations which were inspiring. I feel more grounded and that I have a plan for the future after working with Angela.

What can I say! Ange has quite honestly changed my life over the past few years. I’ve worked with her in both one to one coaching, group coaching, each version of her retreat days and also her new year vibe board evenings!

Every single experience has left me feeling empowered and supported, Ange is unbelievable at what she does. The last spa retreat day was a real game changer for me, at a time when I was at a crossroads in my life and career she was exactly what I needed to push me into making a life changing decision with confidence.

Angela is a wonderful coach, who is skilled at guiding conversations that lead you to unlock whole new levels of self-awareness. She also provides you with the tools to get really clear on your goals and identify the actions you can take to make them happen.

I was a little sceptical originally of this type of thing but I wanted to give it a go anyway after feeling a bit stuck. I was very wrong to be sceptical because it was brilliant. Such an enjoyable day from start to finish. From the moment we arrived the space was welcoming, encouraging and safe.
Angela supported us to approach the day with open minds and hearts which really helped me get the most out of the valuable self reflection tasks. The meditations and gratitude practices were gorgeous and the lunch was too!
