The company did not give what it promised and there is no reply to refund. I am horribly cheaten by the brand. Nobody should buy this product.

Horrible - useless service. Reached out for refund and never received anything just the run around. No use as nothing works and never received anything refund.

With the promise of money back guarantee we subscribed to the premium plans. The functionality that was advertised was not working. Lots of upselling at the end. They have an awesome marketing team. The delivery and support team are basically non existent and don't reply. The social media team will delete comments/queries within minutes of you posting on their facebook ads. Requested a refund. All support tickets are ignored and 1 month later still no refund. Be very cautious when dealing with this provider. Very unethical business practices.

Purchased. Tried to create a brand board. Went to an error message. Then attempted to connect social profiles. This did not work. I sent a support ticket. Nothing received to date. I'd be very hesitant to buy this product as I have a strong suspicion that this is not a legit product.

-10 Stars if I could. This company is a scam. They won't refund users, the website is filled with errors. Nothing they promised is delivered and everything is behind a paywall. I signed up for the "Gold" plan and purchased the "Deziner" upgrade.

Look, if it sounds too good to be true, it is. I'm a software engineer. What they're "offering" to do isn't rocket science; however, they aren't capable.

The agency that created the application is suspicious as well.

I was drawn in by their flashy Facebook ads full of big promises, but the reality was a major letdown. Right after purchasing the "lifetime gold subscription," I was hit with at least six upsell pages pushing me to pay more for additional features—definitely a red flag.

Once inside the platform, things only got worse. Connection issues made even basic navigation frustrating (couldn't check my plan or add a brand without errors). Then I explored the dashboard and realized how limited it actually is—especially for Instagram:
Stories? Not supported.
Shopping tags? Not supported.
Branded content tags? Not supported.
Filters? Not supported.
Multi-image posts? Not supported.

On top of that, every useful feature requires another upgrade:
Analytics? Upgrade.
Social inbox? Upgrade.
Teams? Upgrade.
Automations? Upgrade.
Content discovery? Upgrade.

Basically, the "Gold" plan is useless unless you're willing to keep paying, and even then, you’re stuck with a terrible UI, clunky navigation, and unreliable servers. They even compare themselves to Hootsuite—which is laughable.

Save your time and money—this is just an endless paywall trap!

They don't even deserve one star. Everything is horrible. I DO NO RECOMMEND AT ALL. Customer service SUCKS

Very dishonest bait and switch tactics and they never respond to repeated requests for refund. Would not recommend.

I had high expectations for ViralDashboard, but unfortunately, this software is horrible. I bought today the same day I am writing this message. I will look at trust pilot before I go down a rabbit hole with these multiple level funnels again. Spent money to buy into the full enchilada only to find out when I got in the software its crippleware, crashes 90% of the time while using it. And Oh features that I am sure I paid for I am now being told I need to spend another $497 to unlock them. Horrible, buyer beware!

They do not honour their 30 day money back guarantee. You think you’re covered but you’re no. They CLEARLY state on sales pages, it’s risk free, it’s not. They take ages to reply to emails. When they finally do, they do in fact ask questions of why you want a refund.. Look at their Facebook page, many disgruntled customers wanting refunds. Avoid like the plague. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Save your money!

Observed their ad on social media; They claimed to give you lifetime access to tons of features by a low one time payment. Fell into trap to recognize the platform is completely useless and all the highlighted features exist only for upgraded plans (which can't be confirmed since seems people keep reporting bugs and problems and can't use the upgraded plans either!) A big disappointment and waste of time!

They also offer a refund, I will try it and if it worked I will update my review...
