Bunch of dogs,have my money for over 2 years,now they have vanished,my fault for falling victim,if it sounds to good to be true it’s is,they couldn’t organise a root in a brothel with a fist full of fifties and a dozen hookers,I’ll never give up hunting them down the dirty borkets

We are 80yo pensioners in Australia & have been trying to withdraw $AU400 to no avail. We were given in AUGUST 2023 2 user names & 2 passwords which neither works. Have gone to AFCS & the UK Onbudsmen but neither can help. All we want is OUR MONEY NOTHING MORE NOTHING LESS. HELP plse

Minus 100 is what I would give these thieving deceptive lying scammers. Do not give them any money whatsoever. Unregulated and unlicensed. Stole all my funds - now page isn't back up on web and all contact ceased.

This company virtualpayout.com is the biggest crook/scam in online trading. They steal/bought my mobile phone no from a contact center to call me to invest in AI trading software and managed to fork out 500 USD of my bank acc through my ANZ visa card( guessing they also involved commission). Two culprits scamking involved in my trading account called Al diaz and Rachel put me through this misery. 500US$ account went upto 836$ only in 2 months time. After that as soon as request for withdrawl they been pending withdrawl for last 7 weeks. They stop replying to my emails not calling me at all. They not releasing my money on my payout request. I m totally stressed. dont fall victim to a scam call coming from US/UK. most of they all scam . now the company website doesn't open.

Do Not Used This trading account they rip you off your money you before you get your money you have to pay the tax bill before you get your funds they owe me $22000 aus but I have to pay $3000 usd to get my money. Not happy they rip you off. I send money thru and they havnt sent anything back. When you asked for a refund they don’t give back to you.they have left me with $19.00 in my account for Christmas not happy at all

My aunty recommended this platform. She did her due diligence and started with $250. I’m a new investor.
I had to put a minimum $10,000USD in. In turn I put $14,700 AUD in. Put a withdrawal in for the full amount and no more contact and funds haven’t been returned. Apparently the trader who is still talking to my aunty says he’s furious and has many clients waiting for withdrawals, the feel sorry for me card on a women. Once I can financially recover from this, I’ll be keeping any correspondence to another person employed by a good firm here in Australia.

A complete scam, same story as most here, they get $250USD which climbs through the roof, you try and draw out and nothing happens, they then "pause" your account, then a different person calls and says we are no longer trading in your area so pay the tax bill (in my case $2,500 and we will send the profit to you...... right not going to happen bye $250USD COMPLETE SCAM

All, Virtual Payout is a SCAM. Do not waste your time and money. Having placed $250USD the account grew and I submitted several withdrawal request for the initial deposit only to receive phone calls asking why and that I should leave the money in there. Speaking directly to the account manager, I told him to close the account and transfer the funds. The account was then blown up in several ridiculous trades and now has BUY and SELL trades for the same instruments going nowhere. Please stay away from these crooks. Cheers

As usual I was scammed. After an initial investment of $250 USD they said my account had grown to $5500 USD. So they were going to close my account as they weren't allowed to practice in my country, Australia any more. So I said OK they issued receipts for the tax I had to pay (I should have known then) and so I paid it only to find out that my account had now grown to $13000 USD and I had to pay more tax. "THIS IS A SCAM AND DON'T BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY". I am living proof as now I have lost $5000 AUD. I am a stupid old fatman.

A Total scam
Pay a small amount, usually #250 USD, watch your account build up. You can't withdraw any of your investment. They will call you saying something like "we have to close your account, because we are no longer allowed to operate in your country".
After you pay them an amount, in my case they asked for $3600 AU, for supposedly English capital gains tax. They will release your money.
I did not pay the English capital gains tax, asked for my money to be withdrawn, and THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT. Bye bye initial investment.

ONLY 1 Star because it's not possible to give less. TOTAL SCAM, Sure you can watch the 'balance' slowly go up, but that's not much use if you can't withdraw any funds. Try and withdraw and get a high pressure phone call from different numbers every time, pushing you to accept a payout in crypto. Don't fall for this SCAM, impossible to get money back, different, 'manager, / advisor ', every few days. Always an excuse why money hasn't arrived, your details incorrect, your details not sufficient, had to use a different method of transfer from a different overseas bank, always an excuse, never any funds. Total SCAM.

I highly recommend this Company with it comes to trading. They gonna teach you everything, they have great account managers to handle your account.

Do not invest it’s a scam
Everything is fine until you want to close your account. I was informed to release my funds into my account I had to pay tax which would be refunded after 21days after doing this I was further told I now had to pay a release fee
I refused to send them anymore money
Fearful of losing this as well
I still have Not received my money

SCAMMED AGAIN, Kay Ross contacted me to invest $250.00usd, than she put me on to account manage Michael Dunphy well that's what he calls himself I invested about $3000 he rang me once a week kept telling me the more you put in the bigger return I Told him I couldn't put anymore in he told me to sell my other investment property I had I could make lot of money I said no than someone else rang same thing again more money more return I said if I Put anymore my wife will Divorce me ,That's the last time we spoke end of September I message Michael three times no response scum ask for a refund but Nothing.

A person called Al Diaz made all the promises and after getting my $250m invested into their program, this guy is missing and not responding to my emails. You send email after email and no response from anyone. So, my money is gone and no way of getting it back. Totally a SCAM. These buggers have families and people's curse goes to all of them and I feel sorry for those innocent family members. The curse goes to their parents for bringing up such people into this world.

Just an update regarding my previous review with Virtual Payout after not hearing a thing from them and refusing to pay any more money to them, we then received a phone call on the 10/10/2023 from a lady who calls herself SARAH SANCHEZ who informed us that she would like to transfer our funds back to us and all we had to do was now pay a clearing fee of 5% and take down my previous review on Trustpilot. We have absolutely no intention of removing the review or handing over any more money to these scammers. However, we did want to share some very important information about this company.
- Virtual Payout claims to be located at 25 Canada Square, London, E14 5LQ,
in the United Kingdom. After researching further, we managed to discover
that a building with shared offices is located at this address. This is a
common method used by scammers ‒ using shared-office spaces’
addresses as their own, making it extremely hard to confirm or deny whether
the information is true or not.

-Virtual Payout claims to be based and located in the United Kingdom. As per
the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or
selling financial services or products in the United Kingdom have to be
authorized or registered by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority
(FCA). However, we did not find any results matching Virtual Payout on the
FCA’s official website. Therefore, Virtual Payout is not overseen by any regulator.

- As an organization offering investment opportunities, Virtual Payout is required to have relevant licensing and regulations in place to legally provide these services in the countries in which its users are located. Virtual Payout does not have a licence and is not regulated.

- Virtual Payouts website was created on the 09th January 2018. Although it was created in 2018 the domain was updated on the 02nd January 2023. This is a common tactic used by scammers - buying existing or parked domains and changing the domain name accordingly.

They trade with your money and the return on investment is is rather outstanding which encourages you to put more money in for greater gain but once you try to withdraw any money your account manager disappears & leaves you floundering with no way to access your money invested.
Be warned, a guy named STEVE ATKINS is a scum & don't have anything to do with this Virtual Payout SCAM.

This is a scam. Do not put any money into this AI investment. They will contact you only while they think you are going to invest. The minute you refuse all contact stops. Very convincing talkers but nothing but scamers.
