The bus was bang on time, the driver was friendly and kind and the bus ran totally on time. It was a very good journey to Scarborough and I enjoyed it so much, I used the sarvice back. I arrived back exactly on time and my journey was thoroughly pleasant.

Fed up with this servce. Never in time, dirty buses, loud drivers (can't belive how can they talk all the time with eachother or wia headset)
Randomly cancelled buses, no updated info about these changes. Constantly miss-heard travel destination and overcharging.
Been good for two weeks when started to run but since than constant disappointment and not a safe feeling when driver opening the door before the bus even stopes.
Trying to avoidnthe travel with them if possible.

Excellent service in a relaxed, professional manner.
Nathan and his team clearly work hard and are passionate about what they do.
Missed their running days when visiting Scarborough for an open top ride in their PD2 open topper LRV992, so they kindly arranged for us to view and travel on board, as being from Portsmouth we wanted to see that particular vehicle in the fleet.
The vehicles are clearly well maintained and cared for.
Thank you and hope to make it back to Scarborough on one of your running days.

2 great lads wife and baby were in Thornton lee dale coach park Sunday night helped us out in our broken down campervan jumped start van so our windows would go down to make van safe then took us to Pickering in bus in there own down time. Could not be more grateful thanks very much and it was much appreciated

Me and my sister, we're on the service 109 with the bus company viscount and I was speaking to the driver,/owner Nathan we were talking about the vintage bus the 1952 open top leyland pd2 . In his company and we asked if we could see it with the owner been so polite, he suggested.Would you like to come and see the bus then we got a private ride around Thornton le dale once we were back at the bus park the owner let me take photos of both buses. His staff and himself was very polite. And it is one of the best services on the seafront in scarborough. Big thanks to him and his staff

Me and my wife travelled for a few days with this company and really enjoyed the rides on there open top bus with fares being low and affordable at 5.50 for a day ticket. We had great service from the conductor who was very knowable of the local airier. However the company did have its quirk's with the driver making inappropriate comments on people that he saw while driving the bus round to Scarborough spar.

We hired the open top vintage bus for our wedding on Saturday and honestly our experience was incredible from start to finish. Nathan was unbelievably helpful throughout from my numerous emails and phone calls and helping us on the day. Hired Viscount to transport some corporate guests for a tour round Scarborough. The open top bus was smart and clean, driver was well presented and very accommodating. They even arranged a round trip on the miniature North Bay Railway for us included in the price. Grand day out, highly recommended!

Fantastic couple of days in Scarborough with my family. Used viscount seafront service twice, once on the vintage bus and once on the breezer. Both enjoyable with breezer having its own custom radio show which we really enjoyed and danced along to!

Paid for a family ticket for the Scarborough shore 109. Horrific. Driver was on a mission with his disco bus banging out horrific 90s covers. Only the one bus in service. The other providers are much better with more services.

Me and my Wife and newborn baby had an amazing time going and coming back the whole thing was very professional and nicely operated and the conductor was very professional as well. I would recommend there service to anyone and I will be using this company again

My husband and I had a fabulous evening on the open top bus to Whitby. We were picked up at 6pm in Pickering which meant we had a couple of hours in Whitby - just enough time for fish and chips from the Magpie Cafe, the queue is worth the 10 minute wait - before leaving Whitby for the return trip home at 9pm.

Nathan and the conductor were friendly, professional, welcoming and enthusiastic throughout. They made it a truly enjoyable experience.

If you’re looking for something interesting and quirky to do, look out for posters on the local bus stops for details of future trips. Can’t recommend this highly enough.

Nathan (the driver/owner) and his conductor were very enthusiastic, making the trip most enjoyable.

Really great bus service. Driver and conductor were really friendly, conductor were talking to us about the history of the LRV, knew a lot of information which was great. Driver was really good, didn't speed, didn't go round bends to sharp, was a really smooth ride, I would definitely recommend Viscount travels as everyone is so friendly and patient. Noticed that the conductor helped a disabled person come on to the bus and folded the wheelchair up for them whilst they were sitting down and was really helpful.

These guys are fantastic the vintage open top bus is a must with the friendliest conductor and driver both are really helpful too.
Cheapest fare in Scarborough ask the conductor about the special fare which includes the little railway to Scalby Mills don't forget to watch out for those pesky seagulls too not only will they steal your chips but they love riding viscounts bus too so what more do you need to make you take a trip than a recommendation from the seagulls just hop on board you won't regret it with bus running roughly every 30 mins from north bay to the spar enjoy a round trip or just a few stops it's the best money you will spend

Viscount travel we’re amazing and came to my rescue when looking for a bus for my Wedding. Nathan was fantastic from start to finish! Nathan was always on hand to answer any questions I had. He even put fairy lights on the bus which made it even more special. I would definitely recommend Nathan and Viscount Travel Crew to use when looking at wanting a bus.

Had a lovely ride out on the vintage bus. Conductor very friendly and helpful. The bus has been preserved really well and looks absolutely amazing. Riding on the bus is an absolute must, definitely a great experience to remember. We will definitely be looking out for the bus again at Scarborough.

Had a ride on open topper 992 with the wife. We sat upstairs and loved every minute. Had a laugh with the staff.

Great company to travel with. I went to the sea side with my Grand kids over the summer holidays and travelled on the 109 service. The staff where very friendly with lots of knowledge of the local airier and where the best spots where would recommend to anyone down at the Scarborough sea front.
