This review is based solely on my personal experience as a paying customer.

I used this website to apply for a visa to Saudi Arabia and paid a fee, even for fast service fee, of EUR 282.95. After completing the payment and submitting all required information, I did not receive any effective service or concrete result related to my visa application.

Despite several attempts to obtain clarification and support, I did not receive clear, useful assistance or a satisfactory outcome. In my personal opinion, the presentation of the website led me to believe that I was dealing with an official or authorised channel, but the service I actually received did not match these expectations.

I am currently requesting a refund and disputing the transaction with my card provider. My intention with this review is only to share my experience so that other users can make an informed decision before choosing this service.

Be extremely cautious when applying for visas online. There are fraudulent websites like this one that mimic the official ones using very similar URLs, making them easy to mistake for legitimate pages.

These sites may attempt to collect your personal and payment information. Always double‑check the official government domain before entering any details to avoid the risk of your data being compromised.

Misleading website and unprofessional service.

This website is designed to look like an official Saudi government visa portal, which is very misleading. In reality, it is a private intermediary charging double (or more) the official visa price for no added value.

I applied for my Saudi visa directly through the official Saudi government website and received the visa within 4 minutes. Despite this, this company continued processing from 27 December until today and later claimed to have “approved” the visa, even though it was already issued days earlier.

I requested cancellation immediately after payment, but they refused to cancel and continued the process against my will. They even attempted to charge additional fees for insurance.

This service is overpriced, unnecessary, and lacks transparency and cooperation. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this website and apply only through the official Saudi government visa website.

I am reporting this website for misleading practices and potential abuse of personal data.

The website presents itself I a way of another as an official visa portal, which it is not. It collected sensitive personal information, including a passport copy, refused immediate cancellation, and attempted to charge excessive and additional fees for an unwanted service.

I am concerned about the misuse of my personal data and want to help prevent other people from becoming victims.

Visa commandé et payé le 19 Octobre. Aucun suivi, pas de visa avant le 7 Novembre jour du départ. Pour éviter de me faire planter, j'ai demandé un remboursement le 6 Novembre ne voyant rien venir malgré mes nombreuses relances. Les réponses étaient très déshumanisées et éloignés du stress que cela générait chez moi.
Sur les conseils de l'ambassade de France, je suis allé sur le site officiel gouvernemental et j'ai eu le Visa en moins de 10mn et pour moins cher que sur ce site d'incompétents.
Bien entendu, et alors qu'ils étaient prévenus le 6 Novembre que j'avis eu mon Visa autrement, ils m'ont envoyé le Visa le 7 novembre, 15mn avant le décollage de mon avion ! Heureusement que j'ai pu présenter le premier au comptoir d'enregistrement. Par contre, je sens qu'ils ne vont pas me rembourser alors que leur service est déplorable et que j'ai dû payer pour avoir mon Visa la veille du départ sur le site officiel.

Scammers and they will give every reason to make you wait for a visa that will never come. Hope They will rot in a prison somewhere...Miss Bell and Amniah must be their scammer names

These are fraudsters: they advertise that they can get the visa for you in 3 days, and with an express fee within 2 days. I paid the express fee and received the visa 1 week afterwards and only AFTER I had entered Saudi Arabia with an alternative visa. Their whatsapp channel is a joke, they reply a couple of times then simply go radio silent on you.
They refused to give any type of refund, so this appears to be the way they operate. Please report them to the authorities if you got scammed as well, they need to be banned from being allowed to provide such a service.

After 11 days of waiting for a promised update and resolution, I'm still without my refund. Their empty apologies and vague assurances mean nothing when actions don't follow. Rida Fakhar's latest response from the 9th of September is just a weak attempt to salvage a sinking ship!:

Don't fall for their lies. Visits Visa's customer service is a joke, and their refund process is a nightmare. Save yourself the trouble and use a reputable Saudi Arabia government service instead. 🚫

This is a scam.They charge three times than the saudi government website and the service is pathetic.When asked for the reason for charging such exorbitant amounts,their answer "service fees".

UPDATE - I CONTACTED THEM ON THE MAIL BELOW BUT AFTER EXCHANGING 100s OF EMAILS AND THEM PROMISING TO REFUND ME, NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

This website purports to provide a visa service for KSA visas. They further offer an express option that delivers the visa within 24 hours. I used it given I had a trip which was 48 hours away.
They only delivered the visa 4 days later after I had returned from the trip and refuse to provide a refund.

They're not the official site. Use the official government one instead. Your visa will be cheaper and mine was delivered within 15 minutes of application.

Update: have exchanged 100s of emails with this scam business promising to refund my money but I'm still waiting nearly 3 months later. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM.

On April 29, 2025, I mistakenly applied for a Saudi visa through the website visitsaudiarabiavisa.com, thinking it was an official website. I paid USD 230, but later found out that I was eligible for Visa on Arrival and the online visa was not required and was not valid. I applied for a refund on the same day but they did not process my refund and ignored my messages. I did not receive any support or proper refund.

Because of this I had to reschedule flights, lose hotel bookings, and change my entire trip, all because of their incompetence and failure to deliver what they advertise. This is not a simple delay – it’s a blatant disregard for the service they charged for.
