Superb! Kevin came highly recommended on the holiday lets forums I'm on, and I can see why. Having wrangled with quotes from a couple of other brokers, Kevin was swift, appears to know his stuff very well, was entirely on top of all correspondence, and arranged cover within a day. We are very grateful.

Swapped business insurance…
Swapped insurance for our small accommodation business from the NFU to Vista; same cover possibly even better and half the price. What's not to like. Absolutely brilliant people to deal with..

Decent service overall from Vistainsurancedirect, particularly Kevin, who is friendly and explains details clearly. Quotes were competitive and the option to pay in installments is useful. However, prices have occasionally been on the higher side compared to others, so it’s not always the most cost-effective choice. An average experience.

Outstanding Customer Service
Kevin Stephenson is an absolute asset to your company. He went above and beyond what was required to help me with my insurance application. Even responding out of hours to answer any questions I had.
If only all customer service was a good as what I received from Kevin, then business life would certainly be a bit easier.

Great Customer Service and Very Competitive Price
Great service - Kevin was very helpful, reliable and pleasant to deal with. Communication was very good and turn around time for the quote was very quick.
Better still, the quote was cheaper than other by a significant amount.
Overall very good experience.

Kevin at Vista Insurance - worthy of all 5 stars!
We have dealt solely with Kevin Stephenson at Vista now for several years. He is always helpful and engaging, deals promptly with any enquiries we have had over the years, explains everything clearly and the quotes have always been very competitive. It would be very hard for anyone to get us to go anywhere else for the insurances for our little B&B here in Brixham!
