Best to avoid
Their shoe sizes bear no relation to standard UK/EU sizes. Goods take ages to arrive (from China) and there seems to be no way to obtain a refund when things are not as they seem (see original comment). AVOID!

Poor to no instruction.There are no instructions other than…
There are no instructions other than picture in multiple languages. No idea how to tell when unit fully charged, no instruction on how to increase or decrease intensity or how even how often to use. Instruction on line talk of intensity button and LL etc to tell when unit charged. None of that exits on unit. Very disappointed, this is an expensive unit. On Off button very hard to push to even turn on unit.

Deceptive Shipping information
I ordered this product to help with nerve pain. It was rated as very good. My problem is that the website specifically states
"This is an American-owned business that doesn't believe it should take 45 days to receive your product from China. Orders are sent from our New Jersey warehouse via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL for international customers depending on speed and efficiency of delivery. Product will be shipped within 48 business hours. Please allow between 5-7 days for standard delivery. You will be emailed a tracking link after your order is shipped. Thank you for your purchase!"
This statement is completely untrue.
the product ships from China and communication comes from a completely different website called vitalwristball.com
My order was placed prior to September 30, 2025 and according to the latest tracking my order has just left China. THIS IS DECEPTIVE AND WRONG. Had I know that the product would be shipping from China I would have made another choice.
