When I moved into my new house the old boiler lasted about a week. No heating and no hot water, nightmare! Thankfully it was the middle of summer and Vital Heating managed to have a new one installed and up and running the same week. They even replace my stop tap that had completely eroded away. I now use them for the annual service on my boiler and both of the fires to ensure the run efficiently. Great lads, polite and respectful and have always arrived when they said would with appointments being confirmed with their office. Very tidy work, no mess and 100% reliable. Would definitely recommend.

I had heating but no hot water and called Vital Heating Solutions for help. They were fantastic from start to finish—keeping me informed about the engineer’s arrival time and providing a clear, reasonable quote (the best out of all the companies I contacted). The engineer arrived promptly, was extremely friendly, and diagnosed the issue within minutes. It was fixed quickly and efficiently, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Honest, trustworthy, and reliable tradespeople—I highly recommend them!
