We’ve had a deeply frustrating experience with Vita Mojo, whose software has consistently failed to deliver on its promises.
Key issues include:
Frequent system crashes and payment failures, even on high-speed dedicated internet lines (300 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload).
Poor backend functionality, requiring toggling between outdated systems for basic reporting.
Lack of a proper mobile app for tracking sales and performance, despite assurances to the contrary.
Support Failures
The support process has been slow and ineffective, with response times measured in days rather than hours. In just two months, we’ve sent over 200 emails documenting unresolved issues and delays.
Unfulfilled Promises
Contractual assurances, such as a 7% increase in average transaction value across 20% of transactions, have not materialised. Instead, the system has caused significant revenue losses due to operational failures.
Sales Process
The initial sales pitch set unrealistic expectations about the product’s capabilities. Follow-up support from Customer Success lacked continuity, and concerns raised with the Sales Director were not addressed.
A Difficult Experience
While the product is marketed as a premium offering (£500 per month per site), its performance has been far below other systems we’ve used. Thankfully, we included a 12-month break clause, but the stress and disruption caused to our business cannot be understated.
