I ordered the gunmies for my skin and ended up getting a lot more bottles. I thought that I was paying $120.00 but my credit card got charged $517.00
I was told by customer service to send back the package unopened (had to pay $22 shipping). Company received the package but no refund. What gives? Will report this to the FTC.
I ordered a couple bottles. And what I got in the mail was 12 bottles and I was charged $343 on my credit card! I'm in the midst of sending six of them back hoping I'm going to get refunded? I don't know about this company, I did not order 12 bottles nor would I ever order that many bottles from a company that I don't know how their product performs! I'm horrified
It's a scam. The advertisement said three bottles for $19.99 and get three free. I ordered and not long after my card was charged well over $300.00!!
I received the order today and there's 12 bottles!!
I had a charge from BASIS on my card I am now disturbing over $300. I have never placed an order. I received 12 bottles of something called VitaReboot which I never placed. This is a scam company getting your info from other online sources! This is criminal!!!
Vita Reboot is a scam. DO NOT EVEN LIST ANY OF THEIR
“ Products” . It will be doubled or trippled. There is no such place & no real products. The promos are fake. I know!!!
I did not place an order with this company and I tried to email them with the email on the bottle and the email address is no good. There is no way to reach the company and get a refund. I disputed the $300+ charge with my bank.
