### ⚠️ My Experience with Viu-Viu Casino
I regularly gamble on platforms like BetCity, Unibet, Kansino, Jacks, and Holland Casino. Recently, I tried Viu-Viu because they offered some unique games. While the registration and deposit process went smoothly—just as expected—the problems began when I attempted to withdraw my winnings.
#### 🚧 Withdrawal Issues
After completing KYC verification, I tried to withdraw funds. The request was rejected due to a supposed mismatch in my registered name, which was strange considering deposits had no issues. They asked for a utility bill, which I submitted multiple times—over five uploads including my bank account statement with my name and address. After four days, my documents were finally approved.
I then attempted to withdraw to the same bank account I had used for deposits. Again, it was rejected. I selected Mastercard (used by N26), but the transaction failed. It felt like the site was deliberately making withdrawals difficult, possibly to encourage continued gambling.
After a week of failed withdrawal attempts, I ended up gambling away my balance. Ironically, I received an email confirming my KYC approval right after losing everything.
#### 💸 Second Attempt
Two weeks later, I deposited again and won. I tried withdrawing via Mastercard—again, it failed. I switched to bank transfer, and this time the withdrawal succeeded after one day. Compared to other platforms where withdrawals are instant, Viu-Viu’s delay is frustrating.
#### 🎲 Gameplay Concerns
Today, I deposited again and played three hands of baccarat:
- First hand: I bet on red, and it was a tie. Normally, this should be a neutral result, but my balance was still deducted.
- Second hand: I bet on blue and won, but the winnings weren’t credited.
- Third hand: I bet my entire balance and won again—still no update to my balance.
I contacted support immediately and am waiting for their response. Until I receive a satisfactory explanation, I cannot recommend Viu-Viu. Based on my experience, it feels like like a scam. I will post again with their feedback.
✦ Update – 28 November 2025
The support team resolved my previous issue and credited the amount back into my account.
Unfortunately, what I assumed was a one‑time error happened again. I contacted support, but this time I had to wait nearly a week before they rejected my request. Their explanation was that I had “rolled back” my bet, which is not correct. I explained that this same issue had occurred before, but a few days later they insisted the bet was settled correctly on their side.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Viu unless you are prepared to take screenshots of every single bet as evidence. Their support is very slow, typically taking three or more days to provide a reply, and the process of arguing over system‑caused errors is simply not worth the time.
✦ Update – 5 December 2025
It's only getting worse and worse with Viu. I made a withdrawal request on 29 November and it got rejected for no reason at all. It is now 5 December and they are still checking. Only thing their support is writing that they are available around the clock ( telling they are investigating )

Dit casino blijft je maar rotzooi sturen met slechte deals.ze vroegen mij om een survey te doen en dan zou ik 70fs krijgen.ik gedaan! moest een week op mn fs wachten..vervolgens kreeg ik een goeie deal ging erop in.was 150fs voor een storting van 20.ik kreeg r 100 en de rest zou ik later krijgen.is nu een week geleden en t enige wat ze doen is t op een ander "departement" afschuiven.alsof hun zo groot zijn als een ziekenhuis ofzo.ik vroeg wat nou t probleem was en kreeg geen antwoord.de hele tijd die troep sturen om maar klanten binnen te halen.en dan hebben ze een klant en gaan ze r zo mee om???

Dag4: nog steeds pending. Er wordt ook geen extra info gevraagd oud. De vorige keer werd uiteindelijk een 'boss' in stelling gebracht. Toen was het snel geregeld, het kan dus wel, maar ik hoor nu niks.
Deposits are useally quick. Withdrawals took very long, but after it finally worked it, that also went ok quickwise (2 days). Now i won a larger amount and the withdrawals are a problem again. Then the bonus has te be checked, than this, than that. They are stalling so you keep playing and end up losing. The VIP responses are ok, but everytime the same, just wait, it will come, etc..
But my account and withdrawal method is already checked so it shouldn't be a problem. I hope this with be solved quickly. I'll keep you guys posted.

Big scammers! 30 september i did a bet and still not received my money 3 weeks later still after asking 100 times to give me my money!

Even little kids know that the casino always wins! In this casino, if you win, you will have to wait three days to get your winnings....and during that time you will play them again :))) They invented it....so like I said...the casino always wins, not you!
