Excellent Advice on sizing over the telephone and purchase posted immediately arriving very quickly. Unfortunately the trousers did not suit my shape. Refund e mail received within 24 hours of return and refund on way.

We were sorry to have disappointed you. We received your order after the shop hours on 1 May and on opening the next morning when we checked the item was no longer in store we processed the refund immediately. Sadly when we are down to one item left there can be errors - either something which has been sold and not removed from the website which is obviously our error or more worryingly an item has been stolen. It arrived amazingly quickly - so fast I didn’t even get an email confirming despatch! The parcel was delivered by Royal Mail when I was away. It was left on my doorstep despite a signature being required. Fortunately a neighbour took the parcel in for me. The contents are grand. Thank you.

Excellent service
Excellent service. I called shop to see if there were guidelines on sizing and lady who spoke to me said she would feed this back however she was able to help me. Dress arrived quickly and her guidelines re sizing were fine. The dress fits perfectly.

Great selection of ladies clothes and accessories. Service great - very friendly and effcient.
I have always had a great experience when shopping in Vivaldi. I have bought a number of pieces of jewellery over the years - for presents and my owe use. Also scarfs.
Last time I was in Vivaldi I bought two pairs of Matt and Nat boots. I love them - they have been admired! Items are always beautifully wrapped. Great when items are for gifts.
