Lack of customer services to solve faulty product
The quality of the product would be perfect except for the large scratch on the frame. I've emailed customer services twice and received no response.

Excellent product and customer service
Ordered 2 x 3D Shirt Frames. Unfortunately one was damaged in transit but I didn't notice until a couple of weeks later until I went to frame my shirts. They sent out a replacement screen immediately after I got in touch. Great customer service. The frames are really smart too and easy to get the shirts mounted.
