Vivarti Opiniões

Great product, clear instructions. I bought two frames for displaying shirts, in one case I needed extra velcro - no big thing.

If you are looking to frame a special football shirt then Vivarti frames are highly recommended. Good quality frame and mount that will hold your shirt securely. Clear instructions and video shows you how to mount your shirt.

Quick delivery, easy to use site and goods came as described.

Fantastic frames and quick to post out. Will use again and reccomend to friends.

Great service, product looks fantastic.

Very easy to order and was delivered extraordinarily quickly. Thank you.

We ordered a frame for a football shirt. Fairly straightforward to use and hang. Looks very good for the price

Fantastic service and the frame was perfect, instructions easy to follow.

Excellent price and service. Many thanks.

Bought a frame through this company on Amazon. It arrived damaged and it’s very poor quality. When I contacted the seller to politely inform them that it was damaged, the person that I spoke to was shockingly rude and really not a nice person at all.
Really argumentative, patronising, insulting and accused me of lying. I’d just lost my mum to cancer so I didn’t need that, the frame was for a poster dedicated to her, and he accused me of lying about my mum being dead. Told me to stop playing the “death card” and to have some respect for my mum, as if I was telling him that as a joke or something. He then told me to take my pain out on a real person. It was horrific and unnecessary and I only mentioned that the frame was going to be for my mum’s picture who died less than 2 weeks ago. There was no need for any of that. By far the worst customer service I’ve received in my life. These people should not be allowed to trade.
Not only is their product appalling but the people are too.

I was unable to get the frame I wanted but was emailed straight away with a good alternative. Goods were then dispatched asap. Friendly and efficient service and really nice frames.

I have bought several frames and delighted with them

Fabulous product and very helpful seller. Thank you.
