Horrific experience
Joined this company in Today. Made 2 lodgements and had a number of bets. Had one big win and tried to withdraw the funds. I tried to withdraw some of it and then suddenly it stated payment verification required. Contacted customer support and Payments security team and gave them all the requested details and the same message is appearing when i try to make a withdrawl despite them telling me everything has been fixed on their end. They are now ignoring my emails to the customer support team. So now i have money just sitting in my account and I cannot withdraw it and no means to contact customer support. They asked me for my ID via email then selfie holding my ID plus pictures of the conversation we were having. Beware of this company. If the withdrawal is successful i will update this post as the site was OK prior to all these issues.

Vivatbet.ie is telling me on here to contact them via email on the issue yet when I do they don't reply dealing with agent alena send me an email today telling me they have completed the nessary calculations and adjustments on my account and to withdraw the balance of 147 euro on my account will not reply to me to tell how they have came to this figure which is completely wrong I had a daily deposit limit of 100 and weekly of 200 which I past and I was still aloud to deposit over 600 euro in the one day after both those figures where passed all the bets I have placed have all been adjusted 2 this company is fraudulent and I have no get the relevant department who they are governed by to deal with this I am a person who has struggled with my gambling they have by no ways protected me here
