The customer service from this company was amazing. Rather than just fufilling the order, they called to ask whether I had meant to get the mixture of different legs on the chairs (which I hadn't) so prevented me from making a huge mistake. Then when the chairs arrived there was a mix up with the delivery company which the vendors sorted out immediately (the delivery guys were also great) and then we did have a bit of an issue with one of the chairs which was rectified immediately.
I would definitely use this company again. They actually seem to care about the customer.

I cannot recommend Vivendo highly enough. From initial enquiry to delivery of the beautifully designed chairs, the process was easy. Vivendo were really helpful about choice of materials and samples and kept us informed of progress throughout. The chairs purchased are stunning and so comfortable and at a very reasonable price. The delivery company were also excellent.

From start to finish, my experience with Vivendo was outstanding. At first I was a little apprehensive about ordering online but I'm so glad I did. My chair is exactly what I wanted and at such a good price. Delivery was so quick and it was lovely to have regular emails from Guilia to update me on my order and let me know that she was there if I had any queries. I would definitely order again! Thankyou!

I was searching for a set of dining chairs I had come across at an apartment in Bologna. I found them on a few sites, but Vivendo was easily the cheapest. Ordering the chairs was simple with an exchange of friendly emails. The chairs were shipped from Milan by UPS and arrived within 9 working days. Excellent service.

We love the table and chairs, they are just as displayed on the website and the quality is excellent. However, the table was damaged in transit but Vivendo have been effective in replacing the table. We are hoping to purchase two more chairs soon.
