Lack of accountability and disappointing product quality
My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing.
The sofa delivered does not match the wood color that was clearly selected in the showroom. The difference is visible and significant. In addition, the seat cushions have noticeably deteriorated within a short period of normal use. The firmness and structural support are far below what was presented at the time of purchase.
What concerns me most is not only the product quality, but the lack of accountability. Despite repeated attempts to contact customer service, there was no timely follow-up and no clear resolution for an extended period.
Because of the uncertainty and delay, I had to purchase a coffee table elsewhere to match the delivered sofa. Only later did the company offer to provide a replacement — without giving any confirmed delivery date. This creates further uncertainty rather than a real solution.
A company operating in the Netherlands should provide transparency, responsibility, and reliable after-sales service. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience.
I hope the company takes customer concerns more seriously in the future.

7 Şubat günü verilmiş siparişi 9 Şubat Pazartesi günü iptal etmek isterseniz eğer %15 haraç keser gibi iptal kesintisi yapıyorlar. Ürün özel üretim değil, henüz üretime girmemiş, zaten 30 gün teslimat süresi verilmiş. Bu neyin kesintisi diyorum. Hizmet kesintisi diyor.
Hizmet adı altında haraç almaya çalışıyorlar. Kesinlikle hizmet alınmaması gereken bir mağaza.
Talha isimli çalışan biz size bunu satarken söyledik diyor ama öyle bir şey söylenmedi.
Ben bu parayı ödeyeceğim gerekirse ama sizden bu ürünleri almayacağım. Ömrümün sonuna kadar da sizi her yerde anlatacağım.

Salon acheté il y a 2 mois et le tissu est déjà complètement effiloché. Qualité honteuse.
Après réclamation, on me promet un changement, puis on se rétracte en disant que je ne m’assois pas “correctement” et que le tissu s’effiloche parce qu’il est de “bonne qualité”. Du jamais vu.
Aucune prise de responsabilité, SAV lamentable, mauvaise foi totale.
Je déconseille VIvense à 100 %.
Garbage brand. A very expensive scam company.
Bought a bed from them. Absolute garbage. Low quality, soft wood, terrible finishes, super squeaky to the point we need to wear earplugs. It’s actually an insult to garbage because at least garbage doesn’t cost €1500!

Mijn ervaring is absoluut goed ondanks dat ik een week in angst heb geleefd vanwegen de recensies.
Super goed contact gehad met de verkoper, mijn Bankstel keurig op de afgesproken dag en tijd geleverd. Naar de 4e etage gebracht en meubel is keurig in elkaar gezet door 3 vriendelijke mannen.

Middelmatige kwaliteit, verkopers weten niet waar ze het over hebben en liegen om te verkopen. We hadden een probleem met een meubelstuk, we hebben het teruggestuurd, maar het geld dat we betaald hebben komt niet aan: ze blijven de terugbetaling uitstellen. Ze zouden dit soort winkels moeten sluiten
I visited Vivense showroom in Turkey to…
I visited Vivense showroom in Turkey to buy carpet. Salesperson sais it was in stock and happily took payment from my card. A day later they emailed me to inform it is out of stock with no apologies and asked for IBAN details to refund. I provided same day. They confirmed that payment will be made. I received no refund for 2 weeks. I then tried to call the published number which rings once and disconnects. I also tried whatsup message using same number. I also emailed the showroom. Showroom saidonly a portion of my payment was refunded in error. Remainder will be refunded. But nothing was refunded after 3 weeks. I asked or payment invoice to check if actual payment is paid and correct IBAN is used. But Vivense never provided. The they said their refund was rejected but never informed me of this for 3 weeks. I raised a case with ombudsman. Vivensa asked for IBAN again. I provided my partner's IBAN as alternative. Refund was recieved the following day. I strongly recommend you stay away from Vivense unless you want to suffer financially and stress and health due dealing with people who have minimal care and hide behind emails and online forms.
J'ai commandé 6 chaises
J'ai commandé 6 chaises, depuis le mois d'août zéro nouvelle. Sur le site, il est signalé que la commande est en cours car trop de demande pour cet article. Cela fait plus de 2 mois d attentes supplémentaire. J'ai essayé de contacté le Sav, toujours courir, il y'a zéro moyen de les contacter et ils ont même réussi à supprimer l'onglet helpcentrum afin de vraiment montrer qu'ils sont malveillant et des arnaqueur. J'attends mon remboursement depuis des lustres je compte mettre une réclamation pour fraude. Je ne conseillerai pas ce magasin même à mon pire ennemi, à fuir !

Sipariş ettiğim komodin, kitaplık ve TV sehpasının tamamı kalitesizdi ve kurulumu yapan kişi tek bir mobilyayı bile monte etmeyi başaramamıştı. parçalar eksikti veya yanlış boyuttaydı. örneğin komodinin çekmecelerini birleştirmeyi başardı ama çekmeceyi her açtığında çekmeceler çerçeveye göre açıkça yanlıştı, çünkü fabrika her şeyi çekmecelere yerleştirmişti. kitaplık, tamamen farklı bir mobilya parçasına ait olduğu belli olan bir tabakla birlikte geldi. Mobilyaların boyası yıpranmıştı ve malzemeler zayıf ve kalitesiz görünüyordu. Mağazayı kapatmak istedim. Randevuların 14 gün sonra alınacağı ve ödemenin ancak o zaman iade edileceği söylendi. kesinlikle inanılmaz! para derhal iade edilmelidir.
Awful customer support
Awful customer support. I bought 4 chairs, and after less than a year one chair completely broke. First they told me this doesn't go under warranty, even though according to the warranty policy of chairs, it clearly does. Finally after reaching another person at customer service, it seemed obvoius to her that they should repair it. After waiting a really long time, I finally got the chair back repaired. However just a few days later it broke again, in another place = clearly very poor quality. I tried to put in another complaint, but even though there is 2 years warranty they refuse to help we. They say I have to pay for repair, which is almost as much as the price of the chair.
So what I learned from this company is that you can't expect any help from customer support, nor is the warranty good for anything.
Just a side note, when I first bought the chairs, one of them had a scratch. I said I wanted it exchanged, but they just gave me a voucher, which wasn't valid for anything that I wanted to purchase. When I complained about it the customer service representative told me (because of the recent eartquake) there a worse things in life than a scratch in a chair. I mean I do not need a lesson about what is important in life when I'm buying a chair. Natural disasters are horrible, but they have nothing to do with a company selling poor quality furniture.

Een lamp besteld al 4 maanden geleden, tot op vandaag nog helemaal niks vernomen.
Contact zoeken lijkt haast onmogelijk tot nu toe ook niemand te pakken gekregen. . no go . .
update : een aantal weken verder na tal telefoontjes nam er eindelijk iemand op. En plots had ik de lamp binnen een week. De lamp is wel super mooi maar of ik ooit weer iets zou bestellen vanwege de slechte klantenservice.....

Afblijven van deze winkel
Afblijven van deze winkel. Zij denken dat hier Turkije is. Modellen zijn allemaal mooi maar de gebruikte materiaal is echt een prul. En naservice kennen zij niet en na een tijdje geven zij zelfs geen response meer.
Wij hebben minstens 20 keer gebeld. Meer dan 10 keer whatsapp berichtjes verstuurd. Neen, helaas geen reactie en wij zitten nu met 2 kapotte zetels vanaf de eerste dag van levering en dat was precies 6 maanden geleden al.
Midden Mei 2023 hebben wij 2 draaiende 1 persoons zetels gekocht. Eind Juni 2023 zijn die geleverd. Maar allebei waren van onder kapot (probleem met ring van de draai mechanisme) de 2 mannen die de zetels gebracht hebben, dit ook zelf vastgesteld en ons zeiden zij dat het geen probleem was en zij zouden snel 2 nieuwe voeten bestellen.
Vanaf 21 Juni tot en met vandaag (23 December) blijft al onze pogingen zonder resultaat. Telkens een excuus. Die zijn aangekomen maar die zitten nog in de container dat zij geen tijd hadden om die eruit te halen, 1 week later was het ineens “die zijn geladen met volgende lading”, volgende keer waren die verkeerd geleverd en zij hebben opnieuw besteld, daarna was het ineens fout van de meisje die bestelling niet doorgegeven heeft, bla bla bla. Altijd een excuss. Wij zijn nu 6 maanden verder en Wij hebben nu 2 draai zetels twv 700€ die schommelen gewoon.
Dus kortom… afblijven van deze winkel.

I asked right before ordering the furniture if its possible all things would be delivered together and at a time convenient for me. I dont live in Turkey.
We agreed the the furniture will be delivered when I come back after 2 months.
Then the nightmare began…
I got several phone calls from my house in Turkey that someone wants to deliver me something. It happened 2,5 weeks before time we agreed. I thought it was a mistake because I didnt order anything else than furniture. As I wasnt there, I was at home thousands of miles away, they left with my stuff.
So I asked from Vivense can I still get my stuff at the arranged time and the answer was NO. I had to pay additionaly for EXTRA delivery and day of felivery we agreed is very busy so I have to wait 1-2 weeks longer.
I couldnt trust them anymore because I stayed in Turkey only for couple of weeks and couldnt be sure I will get my order in time.
So I wanted to cancel the order. It happened 23.10 and I still havent got all my money back.
They have accused me of missing several things even though I wasnt even there.
Never spologized for inconvenience and sleepless nights they caused.
I have written ~100 emails to them to get my money back.
Now they are looking for wall clock which disappeared so they cant return my money
